GoogleAs first time buyers we were grateful for the guidance and help Kiri in particular provided. We viewed a number of properties with DB Roberts and the communication around visits and making offers was clear. We've recently had an offer accepted through DB Roberts and would recommend their services.

TrustpilotAwful Company
Following the death of my father, I sold the house just shy of 12 months post his death, no issue with the sale.My experience relates to the email received this week from DB Roberts stating a “Happy Anniversary” it’s been five years since you moved. The email then went on to push me to sell with them again!Although years have passed, this email from them still upset me.I have emailed DB Roberts twice and both emails ignored. Obviously don’t careInteresting GDPR came into effect a year after I sold and I’ve not given permission to hold my details. So second issue is the breach in my privacy and data. The stigma of being an estate agent in the days of gazumping just goes to show that 30 years on, still haven’t become professional
