I don’t think trading process is fair

I don’t think trading process is fair. The sales assistant get to decide who can reserve including themselves friends or who they want. If you have the money it should be a first to reserve process on release. In my experience you don’t have a robust or fair process for reserving properties.

Great Service

We were greeted by Becky, she was brilliant. Understood what we wanted and were looking for. Wasn’t pushy and allowed us to free roam. She also gave great advice about the local side of where the properties are, as we didn’t know the area.

Hazelwood & The Grange Sales Team

We spoke with Alanna at the Hazelwood & The Grange Development to get a brochure and an idea of the styles of houses and the various plot layouts within the complex as well as being shown around the showhome. Alanna was very professional and detailed throughout our visit and chat and explained everything and answered our questions. We weee amazed at the quality of the builds and the added touches that make a Dandara home quite exceptional and having got our information pack we are reviewing with a good possibility of purchasing our first Dandara home

Shawfair development- New Build

We bought a new house within the Shawfair development and Carmela was amazing from start to finish. She was really supportive throughout the process which continued into the after sale of the property. The assistant site manager Andrew and his team have also been really great in rectifying any minor snags quickly and efficiently.

Great customer service at Hazlewood

Although we didn't end up buying a house with Dandara (simply due to timing of when we needed to move versus the availability of houses), the help, assistance and communication from Andrea at Hazelwood was second to none. She kindly kept us informed of the progress of the houses in the size/style that we were interested in, provided information about timescales/costs and when we needed a little more time to work out our budget etc, she didn't put any pressure on us at all but checked in now and again incase we needed anything. I can't fault the professionalism and kindness!

I recently moved to Jersey with my family and getting an accommodation wasn't that easy as many people have forewarned. During these period I met Brendan (Dandara) on one of my visits in search of a house. He was very helpful and my interaction with him was reassuring. Albeit we did not get the accommodation of our first meeting but I and my family were able to secure the next accommodation through him and at this time our temporary accommodation stay was almost over. This was a huge relief for us. I will always recommend Dandara services to anyone coming to stay in Jersey based on their assistance and services rendered to me and my family. Thank you Brendan of Dandara.

Exceptional Tennant experience

I've rented 2 properties from Dandara, both with Brendan. The customer service I received on both occasions was exceptional from start to finish. I got in both properties very soon after the day I was shown around and the very few issues that I had during tenancies were resolved almost instantly. I can highly recommend letting through Dandara and can vouch for how great Brendan is at his job.

Fantastic service at St Michael's Park

We purchased a house at the St Michael's Park development in Stewkley and have been living here for nearly eight weeks. Our initial enquiry was answered quickly and professionally even though there was nothing really to see at that point, Kelly provided us with lots of information about what was planned. Kelly kept in contact with us from then and when the opportunity to purchase our perfect plot became available we didn't hesitate to make an appointment to view and reserve it. Throughout the whole process, Kelly from the sales office and Alan from the site team have been fantastic, very professional and easy to get on with, the process could not have been made any easier. We have purchased a couple of new builds before but the quality, design and customer service that Dandara have provided is on another level to any of the previous developers we have purchased from. Aftersales service has been excellent and there appears to be a genuine desire to do the best for their customers, the other staff working on site have always been considerate, courteous and friendly. Thanks to everyone involved at Dandara, we are delighted with our new home.
