Impressive customer care.

We bought our house nearly two years ago and we have been impressed with our customer service at every step. We recently found a damp patch on our kitchen wall and within an hour, Dave Simpson, the Customer Care Inspector, arrived to assess the problem. He was very thorough in identifying the problem (a slow leak) and a plumber was booked for a couple of days later. I cannot fault Dandara customer care. They are a friendly and helpful team.

The Meadows Wymeswold

It has taken a year to secure our beautiful new home on this Dandara site and Bradley has been with us all the way. We put down an earlybird deposit in November 2023 and moved in at the end of November 2024 when the house was completed. Bradley gave us good advice on the best way forward as we had two houses to sell. Selling a house and buying another is never straightforward but Bradley supported us through the highs and lows, moving things forward and working behind the scenes in the difficult moments. Thanks Bradley .... you were great!

Kelly was fantastic to work with. I first met her at an open viewing for a property that was out of my budget. She quickly understood my price range and, on a Saturday afternoon, went out of her way to show me several properties that suited my needs, including some that weren’t even on the market yet. Kelly really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and thanks to her efforts, I found a property I loved and had my offer accepted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Towerlands Estate in Braintree.Catherine, Jo and Chris went above and beyond for my purchase, during what was at times a frustrating process on the property I was selling. They liased continually between all parties on both sale and purchase and made me feel at ease with no question being too daft, at what was otherwise a stressful time!The after purchase support has been fantastic and the property itself has been finished to a very high standard!
