TrustpilotSue "ON THE BALL" spot on
Sue, Was helpful right from the moment we said hello. No rush, answered all our questions. Explained what Dandara was all about. A very good experience with someone who was "on the ball". Loved the layout with plenty of open spaces around the estate. Hope things go well for us looking forward to purchasing a property from Dandara.

TrustpilotTakeley Dandara Development
We visited Takeley, it’s a great site. The staff and builders are very knowledgeable and in particular the Site Manager Cosmin was able to answer our questions promptly. Based on our interactions, I’d definitely recommend Dandara as a house builder and the houses are ideally located for the airport.
We are delighted to hear about your great visit and that our team provided prompt, knowledgeable answers to your questions. Thank you for your wonderful feedback and for recommending our homes!

TrustpilotHazelwood Review
Not sure what the measurement parameters are. Is it the sales representatives or the homes I viewed? The sales person who showed me around was very helpful and knowledgable. All my questions were answered. The homes were nicely finished inside, but the outside space (garden?), was plain and bland and had no character.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you found our sales consultant helpful and knowledgeable during your visit. We also appreciate your comments regarding the outdoor landscaping and will be sure to pass these on to the wider team.

The sales team at The Heathers in Hadlow were excellent, particularly Violetta who guided my parents through the process with good humour, patience and a friendly smile. Moving house after 56 years in the same house was stressful, but the team have made every effort to make it as smooth as possible.
We are glad to hear that our team provided support during this time. We know changing homes can be stressful, and we appreciate your kind feedback on our service.

Lewis has been helping sort out a few minor snagging problems. We couldnt have asked for a more pleasant chap who has excellent attention to detail, good people skills and clears up after himself so you would never know he had visited. And the job is done superbly well.
Thank you so much for the wonderful five-star feedback.
