Impressive customer care.

We bought our house nearly two years ago and we have been impressed with our customer service at every step. We recently found a damp patch on our kitchen wall and within an hour, Dave Simpson, the Customer Care Inspector, arrived to assess the problem. He was very thorough in identifying the problem (a slow leak) and a plumber was booked for a couple of days later. I cannot fault Dandara customer care. They are a friendly and helpful team.

Another great experience dealing with the sales and customer experience teams at Dandara.From our very first meeting with Kerry to look at new apartments, she took the time to give us the opportiuntiy to see as much or as little as we wanted, in a number of the company's property portfolio. Kerry has been very pleasant to deal with and couldn't do any more to help us. She was a wealth of useful knowledge and information and always had answers to our questions.We consider ourselves fortunate to have been able to view New Market Yard at an early stage and were delighted to be able to secure one of the properties there. The post build snagging process prior to purchase was handled by Russ who is awesome in preserving the quality of the finished product through his sharp eye and attention to detail.Another great experience dealing with Dandara

The Meadows Wymeswold

It has taken a year to secure our beautiful new home on this Dandara site and Bradley has been with us all the way. We put down an earlybird deposit in November 2023 and moved in at the end of November 2024 when the house was completed. Bradley gave us good advice on the best way forward as we had two houses to sell. Selling a house and buying another is never straightforward but Bradley supported us through the highs and lows, moving things forward and working behind the scenes in the difficult moments. Thanks Bradley .... you were great!

Kelly was fantastic to work with. I first met her at an open viewing for a property that was out of my budget. She quickly understood my price range and, on a Saturday afternoon, went out of her way to show me several properties that suited my needs, including some that weren’t even on the market yet. Kelly really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and thanks to her efforts, I found a property I loved and had my offer accepted. I would highly recommend speaking to Kelly before anyone else. Be clear about your budget and what you want, and she will go above and beyond to find the perfect place for you.

Towerlands Park

We have recently bought a new home from Dandara on the Towerlands Park site and everything has been great from the very start. The service from both the team in the sales office and the site team has been brilliant. As first time buyers we had expected it to be a really daunting prospect but from the very first appointment we’ve had nothing but the best in terms of service and support. Jo and Catherine were great at going through everything with us, providing updates on the house and answering any questions that we had. The home demonstration with our site manager Adrian was really good and he’s been great ever since. Always just a call or message away if anything is needed. Ray has also popped in a few times to check on us and has always been really helpful too. Big thanks to the whole team and definitely we would strongly recommend!

My partner and I have been looking for our dream home before the new stamp duty comes into place. Dandara had the perfect house advertised on right move and we couldn’t jump at the opportunity. They had a deposit contribution offer when we purchased the house. Our agent Rebecca has been a star from the first moment we met her.
