Amazing experience with Brendan at Dandara

I have always seen Dandara from a distance and from a distance the company appeared professional and classy. Truly they are professional and classy because I had an exceptional experience with the company. Upon meeting Brendan, who showed me around the apartment I was interested in, I was almost certain that I would take the apartment. He was extremely welcoming and provided a detailed tour, offering detailed information about the apartment. Brendan was very prompt in responding to my emails, which made me feel like a priority. He was readily available to provide clarifications and guidance whenever we requested it.I had a really good experience with the company and I gladly recommend their service.

Renting and purchasing with Dandara

I rented a new 2 bedroom Dandara apartment at Westmount, Jersey, through Dandara’s rental management team in 2018 for around a year. I found the apartment to be constructed to a really high standard and enjoyed living there.At the time, Metropol, Jersey was being constructed with similar style apartments and I decided to purchase a 2 bedroom apartment in 2019 to live in. I still enjoy living there 5 years later.Additionally, I purchased a 1 bedroom Metropol apartment in 2019 to lease out through Dandara’s rental team. The service from the team has always been excellent. Throughout the period I have owned this apartment they have found good tenants without any vacant periods.

Nothing but positives.

Since viewing properties at the Elsenham site the team have been nothing but brilliant with us.We have been amazed by the customer service from Rebecca and Sara in the sales office and this has continued through the site Manager Scott since moving in.We were apprehensive to get a new build however the quality has been amazing and we were blown away by the plot size and garden compared to other developers.Since moving in all snags have been addressed promptly and the builders cannot do enough to help the transition go smoothly. From helping with deliveries and general advisory on how to make the most of our new home. Scott and his team continually go above and beyond.Plot 7

Pearmain Place

I stopped by Pearmain Place on Monday as my mum is looking to move to the area. Tommy was so helpful and patient - his local knowledge is exceptional and due to our shared love of walking he recommended some lovely areas around walshes park and the Ashdown Forest. Sadly I hear he hasn't actually managed to finish one of his charity walks (due to a rogue toenail I believe) but luckily he's a better salesman than athlete and mum can't wait to visit when she's next in East Sussex. Thanks Tommy!

Abbots Place- Sales

Having visited other Builders show homes and plots, we decided to check out Dandara homes at Abbots Place, MK. We loved the show home which gave us an insight of the quality of the built and the fixtures and fittings offered. We liked it a lot and also one of the plot for the house. The sales team of Rebecca, Jonathan and Wendy were very approachable, prompt and helpful and went above and beyond in helping us reserve our favourite plot! We are very pleased to have found something that we really liked with Dandara. Wallace View Development Dunblane

I have just moved into the Wallace View development in Dunblane and have had nothing but a positive experience from Dandara. The house is as I expected it would be (from seeing the immaculately finished show home), and I have complete faith that John and his team will make sure any of the minor (and expected in any new build) snagging is addressed swiftly. Everyone on the site has been extremely pleasant, and respectful, as well as offering help without it even being asked for. It’s made my first week in a new home a very positive experience, and I am extremely appreciative to everyone.

Beautiful development and wonderful Sales Team

I visited Saxon Park with my husband a few weeks ago and I just had to share my experience.My husband and I are totally clueless when it comes to buying new build however Kelly made us feel so welcome right from the beginning. From the moment we stepped into the office at Pearman Place, we received a warm welcome from Becky and the team. We had a chance to discuss what we were looking for and all possible options. Becky showed us around a potential property. We found her knowledgeable and informative - definitely no hard sell (the house sold itself!) which we appreciated. Recommendations were given for finance and conveyancing which we could follow up in our own time. Again no pressure. Quality service from Dandara on many occasions

Our property manager has always been Dandara throughout our nearly 10 years tenure as tenants at Castle Quay and have historically dealt with Brendan. However, I can only praise Terri as a great addition to the Dandara team. Whilst she has been very meticulous in all house inspections, she has provided great help and support to assist in fixing problem areas and even when it was the tenants responsibility to fix. More recently, we had increased dealings with Terri when our apartment was flooded when we were away during vacation. Whilst it was a tense situation and there were some problems with our alternative accommodation, she has maintained her calm and acted professionally at all times. She was able to put herself in our shoes which is testament to her human nature and taking care on all parties instead of acting solely on behalf of the landlord.

Our current involvement with Dandara has been exceptional. They have consistently been proactive and making the process to date massively positive. We found our dream area in Leicestershire years ago but never imagined the village would have the addition of a new site like the one currently being developed and built by Dandara. We were overjoyed. This small site remains sympathetic to the beautiful village and a great addition to the area. Dandara just look after you. You feel that they care. We have been brilliantly looked after by the sales team at Wymeswold. Bradley has been fantastic. His customer care and attention to detail in guiding us to the right property for us has been outstanding. This will be our first property move in over 30 years.
