My journey with Dandara is just beginning, but the early signs are incredibly promising. After visiting the Saxon Park development and touring their show homes, I was immediately impressed by the quality of their builds. This isn’t my first experience purchasing a new-build property, yet Dandara’s focus and brand values offer a more personal and client centred approach than I hadn’t encountered before.This past weekend, I attended their “Muddy Boots” tour of the Willows site, a fantastic initiative, giving buyers and those considering a purchase a unique perspective on what the development will become. Katie and Yasmine have been exceptional, providing helpful and understanding support throughout. It’s refreshing to have my requests and queries handled so promptly and efficiently.After reserving a plot, I chose Dandara’s “Assisted Move” program, which has taken some of the stress and financial strain out of the selling process. Moving can be challenging, but this has truly lightened the load. I also decided to use their recommended solicitors. This was another smart choice, as everything can be managed online, no paperwork to mail back and forth, making the streamlined process smoother and less stressful. Overall, I’m delighted with how the start of my dream home purchase has unfolded. I believe there’s much for other larger developers to learn from Dandara’s approach. Special thanks to Katie and Yasmine for making this experience so positive, It has made all the difference when navigating the details of a new home. I feel that I’m in great hands, summer 2025 is sure to be an exciting milestone.

The Willows 'Muddy Boots' event

We took advantage of the 'Muddy Boots' event at The Willows this weekend (2/3rd Nov), meeting with Katie on a Sunday afternoon for a guided tour of the site. It transpired that Katie had made a special journey to accommodate our appointment for which we were very grateful; further reinforcing the excellent service we've received so far from both Katie and Yasmine - including a reply to an Email at 20.30 one evening!Feel we should also mention the site manager, Max, who together with Katie had previously arranged a one off site visit to allow me to gain a better perspective of the development at the early stages. Max is a font of knowledge and extremely conscientious, particularly regarding site health and safety, which filters through to the high standards of the build seen on site so far.

As I hadn't sold my house went with Dandara's moving made easy package. It was indeed easy. All the conveyancing was organised for me. I was fully supported by Jaqueline at the sales office at Eskbank. She was so helpful and provided information all along the process. Everything went like clockwork and the day I moved in Jacqueline and Stuart the site manager were there to meet me. They explained how everything works and would be there to support me settle in. Which they did and assured me if there were any problems they were there to help. Could not have asked for more. Very professional and helpful.

Towerlands Park

We have just purchased a three bedroom detached house at the Towerlands Park development in Braintree and have been in for about 5 weeks.From the initial enquiries both Catherine and Jo from the sales team have been excellent, friendly approachable and always on hand to answer any queries or questions.We had a lot of problems on the way trying to sell two properties to fund our new home but the Dandara team stuck with us when one of the sales fell through and a subsequent mortgage was required.There has been some snagging issues as expected but nothing major.A special mention must go to Adrian the site manager and all his team who have dealt with any issues quickly efficiently and to a high standard.Adrian goes out of his way to help you and is no more than a phone call away he is a real credit to the company

My wife and I believe it is essential to acknowledge excellent service when it is delivered. On our visit to the sales office the sales person Yasmine was very helpful and knowledgeable. She talked through the options available to us.Yasmine's excellent customer service skills were evident. Her attentiveness and ability to listen to our needs made us feel valued as customers. Towerlands Park

We have recently bought a new home from Dandara on the Towerlands Park site and everything has been great from the very start. The service from both the team in the sales office and the site team has been brilliant. As first time buyers we had expected it to be a really daunting prospect but from the very first appointment we’ve had nothing but the best in terms of service and support. Jo and Catherine were great at going through everything with us, providing updates on the house and answering any questions that we had. The home demonstration with our site manager Adrian was really good and he’s been great ever since. Always just a call or message away if anything is needed. Ray has also popped in a few times to check on us and has always been really helpful too. Big thanks to the whole team and definitely we would strongly recommend!

Myself and my family entered the dandara offices towards the end of last week with no real desire to move house, we were more intrigued as to how far our money would go at Wymeswold Initially when Bradley came over I thought he would be typical “salesman” but how wrong was I, he was so professional and offered us a drink (even a biscuit for my children) they loved him for that 😀Bradley made our first experience of viewing a Dandara site a real eye opener as to how sales can and should be done. Bradley’s knowledge of the local area was great, he knew about the schools, the local shops and even little details as to local travel as my partner does commute to Birmingham so a train station within 10-15 mins is essential.We run through 2-3 house types and I felt guilty as we took up so much of Bradley’s time but he didn’t seemed phased at all and gave us his full attention (Dandara, you have a good egg in him) A very pleasant and enjoyable afternoon in Wymeswold

Further to my previous review- damp, mould, etc... Email from Dandara 13th AUGUST stating someone would attend re issues earliest 12th SEPTEMBER. Yesterday 12th September phone call at 9am cancelling this appt that I'd waited a month for as operative was POORLY. Assured Amy! would be in touch directly to rebook. Not heard diddly squat, not even a courtesy email. Mould is now up the stairs- AVOID THESE COWBOYS. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT. I despise these so called replies- they mean nothing. All I have received from 'Amy' today are 2 emails that 'recall' emails...I have no idea what that means? All I have received are previous emails stating 'Amy Wells would like to recall the message' Absolute charlatans. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. INREPONSE TO THEIR WHOLLY INADEQUATE REPLY THAT JUST TICKS THEIR REPLY IN 48 HRS GUFFAmazing reply- so a company the size of Dandara has ONE person who deals with post move in problems, you wait a month to see him, then are cancelled on the day as he's unwell and there is no one else in the whole company who can fill in- SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT THEIR AFTERSALES. DO NOT TRUST THEIR SALES PEOPLE, WHO ARE LIARS ON COMMISSION AND WOULD SELL THEIR GRANDMAS IF IT PAID THEM - MOST IMPORTANTLY DO NOT BUY THEIR SHODDY, MOULD-INFESTED HOUSES. 4 STAR BUILDER- IT'S CORRUPT. WHO'S GETTING BACKHANDERS HERE? WORSE MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. THIS WAS A DOWNSIZE MOVE AND I RUE THE DAY I EVER PUT MY TRUST IN DANDARA- ABSOLUTE AND UTTER CHARLATANS.

Great sales appointment and decent build quality

It was a great first appointment with Rebecca at Abbots Place. The skills and knowledge around the property, Rebecca was clear and concise in providing right and required information during the visit. The development was good anyway but the way it was presented, much different to other developments we visited. Appreciate the first hand knowledge thanks. After seeing many developments, the build quality of this development is much better, even small things, the quality is definitely a big plus.

Outstanding help finding an apartment

Signed up with Dandara as one of 5 agencies to look for a property in Jersey, of which 3 responded. Brendan was one of them: he contacted me about a couple of possibilities and showed me around them both. He was helpful, informative and realistic about the state of the market and although I liked one of the properties, there was prior interest and I didn't get it. I asked to be kept in mind for anything similar but wasn't expecting a miracle. Two weeks later, Brendan called me out of the blue to say that the prior interest had had to withdraw. A week further on, the contract is signed and I'll be moving in a few weeks from now - I'm delighted. It is rare to encounter this combination of active communication/personal service, integrity and market knowledge and I can wholeheartedly recommend Brendan and Dandara to anyone looking for a property in Jersey.

So many issues where to start..

So many issues where to start... You are supposed to spot everything to do with windows, carpets, sanitary ware, kitchen in a 7 day period- they make you sign a form before they hand over the keys- is this even legal? Fine at first but once you have completed initial NHBC questionnaire their tune changes overnight. I am shocked and so appalled that I no longer want to live in my house- notice I no longer think of it as home. I have green and black mould in the living room, hall and hall cupboards- despite doing as advised- trickle vents open, windows almost permanently open, fans used and all washing dried outside. There is only me showering and breathing. Have contacted them on numerous occasions, via site manager initially who just told me that it had rained a lot. Emails to customer care generate auto responses- the only proper response I've had was after I made a complaint about front grass and the courtesy cut I received because it was too long for me to cut- they churned up the grass and left deep channels of top soil showing- I was informed it was my fault as I had not maintained it properly!!!I have mould upstairs too- not in the ensuite or bathroom but in the bedroom- the windows are permanently open and the mould is on the skirting boards- no furniture in front. The next door house which is unsold has had all its skirting boards removed and the plaster stripped from the walls - I saw them covered in green mould in the skip outside. When I pointed this out, I was told this was a different issue as the heating hadn't been on!!! It's summer- no one here has had their heating on. I moved from a newbuild house to this one and I had no mould issues there- and I moved in in Dec 2019 in the depths of a wet and cold winter- then lockdown when everyone was trapped at home. It's their attitude that gets me- beware once they have your money they just don't care. I will never buy a Dandara house again and I would advise others to avoid them too. I have been here less than 3 months and I can't wait to get away.

We visited fontwell, Arundel back in April/may this year, we fell in love with a property there, but sadly had no offers on ours, Ash was amazing,still staying in contact with us to see every few weeks how we were getting on with selling our property, keeping our hopes up, by telling us the property we loved was still avaliable etc....We finally recieved an offer this week 'August' on our property & contacted Ash straight away, Ash was so helpful & professional & so easy to talk too, his warm, friendly personality is an absolute credit to your company! Dandara Saxons review

Dandara Saxon's site were amazing from the beginning. Jo and Kelly were welcoming from the go, we looked at a handful of sites in the area but didn't get the same connection as we did with the team at Saxons. They were always on hand for any of my questions and kept us updated throughout. The development is fantastic and doesn't feel over crowded which is ideal. I would recommend viewing this site and speaking to Jo and Kelly to anyone.

Saturday 3rd August we visited The Meadows new builds in Wymeswold where we had an appointment with their office manager Bradley, who was so amazing.
