For the past 4 years I have found Dandara Residential Rentals personnel to be very helpful, efficient and professional. Whether it be answering a query, producing invoices, dealing with service agreements and/or finding new tenants. We've just moved into our home in St Michael's Park in Stewkley and have had a really positive experience with Dandara from start to finish, particularly the local staff working at the site. Belinda and Kelly have gone above and beyond to help answer any questions and support us through the process of our first new build purchase. This brilliant (ongoing) customer service, plus the top quality of the builds and finishes, is what sets Dandara apart from other developers and we're so happy that we went with them.

Having had a challenging situation with selling original property in order to buy with Dandara - I honestly can say Kelly and her team have been incredible and patient. It is horribly stressful and they have helped so much with so many things. Still have people on site who are accommodating and really helpful as I don't know anything about new builds. If I could give more than 5 stars I really would!!

We have had a great experience buying our new home from Dandara. After hearing lots of horror stories from friends and family about buying new builds, we had our reservations. However, Dandara have smashed our expectations. The team are helpful, kind and friendly and have kept in contact with us every step of the way. The builders we have met so far have been courteous and helpful. We have found limited snags so far (we have only been in a week) and the builders are all over them. Nothing we ask is too much trouble. I highly recommend Dandara!

Bearsted (The Sycamores development)We bought a detached house from Dandara a month ago. Shortly after the house was handed over to us, it has become our worst nightmare. The house was uncompleted with roof tiles, bricks, mastic and pipes missing in various places. There are more than 120 snag issues according to the building survey we paid to be carried out by an independent surveyor. Customer care does not exist and the whole process of getting any issue fixed by Dandara has been utterly exhausting. If you can live with any of the following experiences, sure Dandara is probably your best choice. Otherwise, there is no way that we would buy or recommend anyone to buy a property from Dandara. (1) property may be delivered unfinished(2) poor workmanship (external and internal decoration)(3) after completion, you personally have to constantly talk to Dandara to get any sense of when any issue is to be fixed(4) when you are promised someone will come to fix an issue, do note that more than likely it is an empty promise and you will be waiting hopelessly for days/weeks and likely months(5) when someone does eventually turn up to fix an issue, do note that likely the person has not been briefly by Dandara so he or she may not have the right tool for the job(6) you have to know so much more about house building and what each tradesman does and you will need to tell Dandara what sort of contractor you need to fix your problems, not Dandara(7) eventually you are excited to see that someone finally turns up to fix one issue, be aware that some areas needed fixing may be forgotten again and you will need to go through the exhausting process from (4) to (5) again in days/weeks/months to book another visit.If anyone is thinking of buying from Dandara and would like to discuss with us what we went through and are still experiencing with this developer, please feel free to leave a message and we can talk.

I’ve been a tenant with Dandara for almost two years and I am very satisfied with their service. They’re very professional and responsive. Brendan McGill in particular was very helpful and patient in helping me to find my first apartment with them. I was able to comfortably communicate my budget and what I was looking for and he listened, and offered solutions. That meant a lot to me and I felt as though he genuinely cared about my interest. I recently signed a two year lease for my second apartment with Dandara, and again Brendan was amazing. He was very responsive and answered my email to view the new apartment almost immediately and within minutes an appointment was set to view the apartment.Overall I’m very pleased with my experience with Dandara; they have a very helpful team and their rental application process is quick and easy. I greatly value their responsiveness and willingness to listen and help. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have always found Brendan and all the staff I have been in contact with over the years to be very efficient and helpful. Problems are dealt with quickly and politely when contact is made by email or over the telephone. Tenancy agreements are managed proactively and I have the confidence to leave matters in their hands.

We had Dandara as our letting agent for the past 4 years. They are very efficient and quick to respond to our queries. They also gives us ample notice when they need to perform a check in the flat or if suppliers need to come in to check the boiler, etc. Shout out to Brendan who has been patient with our queries on the lease and helped us close it off asap!
