A nightmare experience with the sales and customer service. I had expressed interest in buying one of their properties at Saxon park, Bedford, well before they started constructing. Once they started releasing properties I went through their procedure of being “vetted “ by their mortgage advisor. However the process of reserving the properties is not transparent. I tried going to their office and was told to phone or book appointment online. I have contacted them to view an appointment via their website and have not heard anything back 5 days later. I then called the sales team and was told that someone will call me back but have still not heard anything yet. I’m starting to get the feeling that as also highlighted by another reviewer, despite having adequate funds , meeting all the criteria the process seems to be based on some sort of favouritism and have noted that some properties that have not been released suddenly yet appear as being reserved! I understand they have a choice to take on only those buyers they consider as best buyers, such as those not in a chain (we are not) but surely the process has to be fair for all those in that position. It seems ‘helpful staff’ (again referred to by other reviewers) again are only for those chosen buyers where they have made up their minds to sell to, clearly there’s a hidden criteria.
We're disappointed to hear you're not happy with our service. We can assure you there is no favouritism when it comes to selling our homes. We understand the sales team has tried to reach out a few times and look forward to speaking with you.

Just moved into a new house in St Michael’s Park Stewkley. The care from the site team since I have moved in has been excellent. George who is one of the site managers has gone above and beyond to be helpful and answer any questions I have had. Team always very polite . I can’t thank them enough

We are first time buyers and we're having a great experience with the Shawfair site!We initially reserved our plot back in January and Carmela has been of a huge help to explain the whole process and we managed to conclude the missives quite quickly. The sales team has been in touch several times to updates on the status, and the new sales team member Gillian has been kind enough to have an introductory call and will be giving us the updates in the upcoming weeks until the completion date.I can say that the sales team has been very helpful and attentive to our needs, which is something difficult to come by when buying a brand new house! As first time buyers, we had so many questions on the process and they are always very patient in explaining the process or answer any questions we might have.On a separate note, we have also visited the site a few times during the period and, although we're not expert, we noticed that the building site is always kept very tidy by the end of the day, which is really great to see, since it shows that the site manager takes great care of the building site.

My wife and I moved into our new apartment at Hazlewood in April, the whole process went very smoothly.Alanna was very helpful, she explained everything about the fixtures and fittings at the handover stage, and came back several times when we needed clarification/information about some of the workings of the controls etc that We had forgotten about.Alanna presented us with a Dandara welcome pack, which had lots of nice things ie sweets, bottle of red wine and so on, she also gave us the Dandara information pack which contained useful information about the various items in the apartment.We have had customer services several times to fix various minor issues, they have been very good at responding to our requests, thumbs up to Alison, Mihai and Daniel of Dandara customer services.The apartment has been built to a high specification, and is situated in a lovely area of Aberdeen.We have had visits from friends and family, who have all responded well when seeing the apartment for the first time.Alanna has been a pleasure to deal with, and we are happy with the service received.

A very smooth process from start to finish. The front office sales team are very helpful (Jo and Dale) and kept us informed of the progress through out the build.We are impressed with the quality of the build, which was completed on time. Any snagging issues we have had so far have been dealt with swiftly. These have all been minor issues.

Moved into a property at The Oaks development almost a month ago. I have to say everybody involved from the sales team, site managers, painters, plumbers etc have been nothing but helpful and professional. Special mention to Yasmine and Paul who kept us updated throughout the build with pictures and emails, and always found time to answer any queries. Very impressed with build quality and finish, and even now after four weeks the site manager checks to ensure all is ok. As one of the first to move into the development, therefore still building work in progress, I’m impressed with the way the site is managed to cause the least noise and disruption to residents.Well done to Dandara The Oaks team! Highly recommended.

I’ve been leaving in 2 properties managed by the Dandara Team. They’re friendly, professional and helpful. The small issue in my opinion would be that Dandara have more control on the property management company in charge of the maintenance and repairs which can be frustrated at some point.
