TrustpilotDon't look after landlord or tenant
As a landlord who has used this company to manage 1 property- I am unhappy with the service they have provide me and my tenant. Lack of communication/excessive management fee/ use poor quality contractors/ don't provide photos of property following visits.

FacebookBeing an Executor and having to sell the home of a loved one is always going to be a difficult situation to deal with, especially when the property is 250 miles away. Jill Barry was extremely kind and so helpful during this process. Keeping me updated on a regular basis and on hand to answer any of my questions. I am so thankful for a quick sale but also the service provided by all those at Cumbrian Properties and would 100% recommend. Thank you.

TrustpilotIf your thinking of renting a property…
If your thinking of renting a property of these keyboard warriors forget it .they advertise properties with old photos in our case over 12 years old .false advertising purely because they can’t be bothered to go and take new pictures.never reply to emails.just sit in their warm cosy office creaming commission.like I’ve always said estate agents are unregulated and unlicensed anyone can set up as an estate agent.no code of conduct to adhere to .dont be fooled they have no interest in you only your money.

GoogleAbsolutely recommend Cumbrian Properties in Penrith. Jackie M was so accepting, friendly and professional when we arrived to the UK, not certain of the property rules and laws. The entire team was quick and professional and found us a property fairly quickly, which we will always be appreciative of. Thanks to both Jackie's and the team, we will always recommend you.
Thank you so much for your 5 star review Leon!

FacebookAimee Glendinging was brilliant, very helpful and informative. Overall we wouldn't recommend cumbrian properties. We were wanting to purchase a house they were advertising for sale. They told us the house we were really interested in was sold and contracts had been exchanged, they even put a sold sign in the front garden.. turns out this wasn't true and they had got it all wrong. Ringing us to say "it is actually 100% for sale." The home owners themselves even ripped the sold sign down out of their garden as they had viewings booked in. Secondly.. we out bid the other potential buyers and were told by cumbrian properties "to think how it made the other party feel that they have now been out bid" I was furious, like is this not how it works? when you go into a bidding war? Absolute joke from start to finish. The attitude off the receptionist was disgusting, making us feel awful for out bidding someone. Very unprofessional.

GoogleWe have just agreed both a sale and purchase through Cumbrian Properties. From initial viewing to offer acceptance, and at the same time having our own property valued, advertised, viewed and then sold, took only 10 working days. We are delighted with the outcome and thank Karen and her team for a job well done

GoogleWe have had a great experience selling with Cumbrian Properties. Hayden and Karen, excelled through the whole process, where we had a house to sell with high demand for that property. We feel we reached a fair price in efficient way and the we think the end fee with Cumbrian Properties was outstanding value, for the professional work they put in on our behalf. We would not hesitate to use them again.
