I approached this company with an offer…

I approached this company with an offer reflecting the work needed (twice) for the property address 128 Scotby Road Carlise. It is in a dilapidated state and for anyone requiring a mortgage in my opinion they would struggle. I even took a local builder around who stated that it would take 5 months plus to make it habitable and take sizable,hard cash. I then asked the agent what the vender would accept to take the property off the market. One person was Adrain Hogarth himself. No one has bothered to contact me or leave a message. 7 weeks has passed since I viewed this property. Everything bad in this forum appears to be justified. I think that the vendors should have a serious rethink or will a mysterious low bid suddenly come in from somewhere.

Cumbrian Properties have let properties for me before and as previously I found both Jackie Pole and Jackie Miller of the Penrith letting office to be incredibly helpful and professional in their approach. I’ve recently rented a property through Cumbrian Properties and have had a really positive experience from start to finish. Mia was my main point of contact throughout the process and was always helpful, friendly and kept me updated with everything, especially while carrying out all the necessary checks. Unfortunately, Mia was on holiday during the week I moved in, but Emma took over and was equally helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. It was reassuring to have someone available to help whenever I needed it. Both Mia and Emma were professional, approachable and made what can sometimes be a stressful process of moving home feel really straightforward. We viewed our possible home with Rob, and spoke with Molly & Karen on the phone. We were placed on the notifcation list for the adress, and thought we had found our forever home, whifh brought us to Monday (yesterday) when we found out our seller of the future home, has privately sold this under our feet, officialy gazumping us. I find this company to be very rude and…

I find this company to be very rude and unhelpful. A property we were buying fell through and since then we are unable to get a viewing with them for properties we potentially want to buy, emails just go ignored, messages on Rightmove to them go ignored, even though we know they have been read, which is not fair on us or the vendor. Vendors should be aware that potential buyers are not being given the chance.
