GoogleMany thanks to Cumbria Properties for handling the sale of my house. All the staff I found to be very friendly. The ones I had personal dealings with Sarah, Rebecca and Jill were very helpful and professional. Many thanks. Colin Little.

Jackie & Jackie were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my search for a flat, making the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. GoogleWe would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Maria at Cumbrian Property Services and other staff that helped with valuations, etc. too. From the outset and throughout the entire letting process, Maria demonstrated a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication. She ensured that we were kept fully informed at every stage, making the process straightforward and stress-free. Maria was consistently approachable, responsive, and attentive to detail, and she handled all aspects of the letting with great care and diligence. Her support and guidance were invaluable, and it was evident that she is committed to delivering a high standard of service. We would not hesitate to recommend Maria and Cumbrian Property Services to others seeking a reliable and professional letting agent.

GoogleWe have used Cumbrian's services to purchase and manage rental property for over 24 years. They have always managed to provide an excellent and reliable service from the start. A change of tenant together with a refurbishment of the property couldn't have gone better. All up to the standard we expect from them, again.
Thank you for the fantastic review John!

GoogleJackie and Jackie have both been amazing. Informed, friendly, helpful and available. And with really high professional standards. My husband has advanced Parkinson's and I was looking for a house to meet his very specific needs. Absolutely thrilled with the outcome.

GoogleI have been dealing with Cumbrian Properties for over 2 years. In that time they have helped me to manage a rental property. Their service has been excellent: communicative, helpful, prompt, organised, thorough, friendly, and I feel that I can really put my trust in them for a personalised, comprehensive service. I feel that they care about my property, the tenants, and me as a customer. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their services to anyone looking for a fully managed letting service in the area. Thank you team!

GoogleGreat experience with Cumbrian Properties from the moment I called to enquire about a rental property. Maria was courteous and very helpful. I viewed the property and any questions I had she was always on hand to answer. Nothing has been a problem. I called into the office and met other friendly members of staff. It’s been seamless from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Cumbrian Properties. Thank you Maria for everything!

TrustpilotThanks Cumbrian Properties
Cumbrian Properties always step up to the mark. I’m a landlord and have used this estate agent for over 20 years. There are a number of staff who are family and they have estate agency running through their veins. They are quick to respond and always keep you in the loop. Isla is a youngster but she has an old head on her shoulders. She’s great on the phone, paperwork and liaising with her clients. Her mum Jodie is also employed in the business and I used to deal with her when I first started using Cumbrian Properties. Her daughter has done her proud. Thanks to Isla and the team.

GoogleReally pleased we chose Cumbrian Properties as the agents for our house sale. The house sale took longer than expected due to our buyers solicitor holding things up, but the communication was excellent, and Sarah Nelson who was our contact was constantly giving updates and pushing to get things done. She really worked hard, and if we had queries was so easy to get hold of. Friendly and professional, would definitely recommend 👌

GoogleI am extremely happy with the service provided. My property was sold in less than a week, which exceeded my expectations. The whole process has been smooth and very professional so far. Communication has been clear, and I have felt supported at every stage, even now while the solicitors are finalising the paperwork. Thank you for your efficiency, professionalism and excellent customer service. I truly appreciate all your hard work and would highly recommend your services to anyone looking to sell their property. GoogleWe recently had an offer accepted on a house that these guys were managing. They have been fabulously helpful by recommending a great solicitor which has made communication between all the different parties to be seamless. Rebecca updates us with even the smallest things, which to some may seem like nothing, but for first time buyers like us, it's really giving us peace of mind and putting our paranoia to rest. Top notch communication and very professional.
Thank you for your lovely review for Rebecca!
