TrustpilotPoor
Don’t need to go into a long winded essay about my experience - just poor, immensely poor, the fact that these agents are getting paid to conduct an incredibly poor job, embarrassing.

Maria Renucci was extremely organised and kept us updated every step of the way either by phone or email. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions promptly. If you are wanting to rent out your property I would recommend her. You won't be disappointed.

GoogleWe highly recommend Cumbrian Properties for anyone out there looking to rent their property and sell one. All the team on the rental side have always been wonderful managing our property for the time we owned it. When we came to sell it Sarah was brilliant from start to end and always chasing the process up. This experience has made us feel if we ever buy another property where possible we’d love to use Cumbrian again. Thank you so much Sarah for all your hard work, help and dedication and there is not enough words we can use to express our gratitude.
Thankyou for the fab review for Sarah and our team!

GoogleWe recently asked Cumbria Properties to handle the sale of our late mother’s house in Carlisle. Sarah Nelson at the agency acted on our behalf throughout the sale. We, as sellers had many ups and downs, including very serious issues which Sarah handled brilliantly. I can’t thank her enough; during tough times she kept everything positive and a solution was never far away. We got there in the end with her professional guidance and reassurance. Thank you to Cumbria Properties but especially to Sarah.
Thankyou for the lovely review for Sarah!

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Sarah during the purchase of my latest property, and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. This was a particularly long and, at times, challenging transaction, with delays and complications arising. Throughout the entire process, Sarah remained proactive, responsive and determined to keep things moving forward. She consistently chased updates, kept me informed, and was often the person driving progress when things seemed to have stalled elsewhere. Her professionalism, communication and persistence undoubtedly helped get the purchase over the line. Many thanks, Sarah!, Reece

GoogleNo communications, agents are never in the office and act like it's a burden to do their job. No responses and seem to be holding properties for their friends or receiving kick backs. Do not list your property with these people.
