GoogleI have had a few teething problems in my new place but Cumbrian Properties have been really quick to respond to any communication and everything has been fixed within a week. This is far from the experience I have had from other agents. Recommended.

GoogleI needed advice about a property and as I had used Cumbrian properties several times before I rang and asked for a valuation, as usual I received excellent service from Jackie and Liam who couldn't have been more helpful or more knowledgeable. Outstanding service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

GoogleCumbrian Properties are a very reliable company. They have been looking after my 2 flats now for 14 years. The Lettings dept have been most efficient in dealing with Tenants and tradesmen on my behalf. A wonderful Team. I would recommend them to any future potential Landlord.

FacebookI have used Cumbrian Properties for many years. I am a landlord who can rely on efficient staff to get things done. They are on the phone when they say they will and have things complete when they promise. They find tenants quickly and are tip-top at their jobs. As I say, I have dealt with this company for years and I will continue to. Well done team AGAIN... especially to Susan and Connor. Thanks.

GoogleI've dealt with almost every estate agent in Carlisle and used them as full management when renting property out and I've also dealt with many in Spain and to be honest their all W- - - - - S , but I have to say I have found Cumbrian Properties to be the most inefficient and unprofessional,, full management what a joke you ask them to do something and have to keep asking them and eventually you'd have to arrange it yourself .
