FacebookSelling your childhood home is tough. Jodie was kind and professional when she came to value the home and talk through the process. Jodie and Sarah were both great when setting up viewings or answering my many questions - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you, you made the process a much less daunting. 🤩

FacebookGOBSMACKED! I got the keys to my new home on Valentine's Day! Julie is a superstar who goes above and beyond to make the whole journey memorable and in a small time frame too! The outcome is incredible, from selling a property over a year ago to finally buying. I could never fault Cumbria Properties entire team. Maria and Sarah in letting I'd highly recommend all the same. 10/10

GoogleDear Cumbrian Properties Team, I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible support my friend and I received while searching for a rental through your agency. We truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication you put into assisting us, and we felt compelled to share our experience! From the very first call we made, it was clear that your team stands out amongst others. Your genuine interest in helping us find the perfect home made the process so much easier and enjoyable. Every query we had was met with prompt responses, and whenever we needed clarification, you were just a phone call away. It's rare to find such caring and considerate service, and we are so grateful for it! A special shoutout to Sue, who was incredibly patient and understanding throughout our journey. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. It's people like her that make such a huge difference in customer experiences, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide during this sometimes stressful process. Thank you once again for your amazing support, warm demeanor, and outstanding service. I will definitely recommend Cumbrian Properties to friends and family looking for rentals in the future. We are so excited about our new place, and we sincerely hope to work with you all again someday! Warm regards, JAGADEESH JAYAKUMAR
