They are responsive and act quickly to resolve any issues my tenants face. The whole team including Denise, Michelle, Emma & Andrea all work together for the tenants and the landlord’s interest.

GoogleThe staff at Cumbrian Properties have been amazing helping me and my partner find a rental. Out of all the letting agencies we tried they were the most polite and caring, calling us back, answering queries and being genuinely interested in wanting to help. GoogleThank you to all at Cumbrian Properties for their excellent service! Special thanks to Maria Beattie in the Maintenance Department. Maria, Suzanne and the maintenance team provided help and support in getting my property ready for rental, including general repairs and even replacing the kitchen! Maria kept in touch with regular updates, photos of the work being done, couldn’t ask for better service, very professional, friendly and helpful, can highly recommend.

GoogleEvery aspect of the service provided by Cumbrian Properties was excellent. The initial interview was friendly, informative and gave a clear picture of what to expect. Being a period property, the valuation was complex. Sarah, our valuer, explained exactly how she arrived at the figure, which proved achievable. The details and photographs were excellent. The team work between Sarah, showing prospective buyers around, and the office administration from Karen, Jackie and Hayden was professional, friendly and we were fully informed throughout the process. We can fully recommend the Penrith team.

GoogleEmailed Cumbrian Properties before I went away got an automated reply my message would be forwarded. Since back arranged a viewing & told its going to be let but owner would rather sell so viewing booked. I'd explained I have a boat to sell. Day of viewing received a call to say flat is being let tomorrow so I can't view it???? Was told that I'm a cash buyer which I'm not & that it can only be sold as a buy to let which wasn't stated on the website. Poor communication & feel very let down
