GoogleHi Susan, Sorry its taken so long, but I'm sure you of all people understand the topsy turvy of moving to a new home. Janette and I would sincerely like to thank you for sorting us out with our new home.. we were wrapped up in our desire to get our new place, and I'm sure, along with all the other people who were taken under your wing in finding them accommodation. Understandably with this present climate with covid 19, you have been under emense pressure to keep all of us potential tenants informed and happy by negotiating with landlords to get us housed and so it is appreciated so much by us both. So again, we would like to thank you so much Susan for all the hard work you have done to get us where we are now. P.S. tell Adrian is good to be back with Cumbrian Properties. GoogleOur main contact was Rebecca Carr in the Carlisle branch. She responded to emails quickly, if we called and she wasn't able to take our call immediately, we'd always get a call back shortly after. We were dealt with in a professional and courteous manner with all queries followed up and gentle nudges when we needed to complete a task. Everyone has been working differently and under extra pressures during Covid restrictions, but we didn't feel any negative impact because of this from our end. We would recommend this company based on our experience.

Googlewe work with a great deal of agents in our business across the North of England and Ann by far stood out as we appreciated her no nonsense approach. Transparent deal negotiation, fast communication backed up by a company that is forward thinking in their terms of systems and operating procedures. Helps she's easy to converse with too. An asset to the company but also an asset to us with our latest acquisition. We will look to work with her and the team again.

At times with no communication It felt like a long process as viewing from the buyers was not possible , the agents were aware and helpful when I rang up on many occasions to ask how things were progressing. GoogleI have been selling 5 houses this year with Cumbrian Properties, and the service has been nothing short of spectacular. Even during full lockdown, I was able to speak with people on the phone and have the buyers solicitor chased up to find out what was happening. From Liam doing valuations to Kathryn’s email congratulating me on the final sale, I have found the whole team to be friendly, professional and quick to respond. Unlike with other Estate Agents I’ve worked with in the past, every phone call and email was answered promptly, and every issue solved. GoogleCumbrian properties was recommended to me by several people. Ann Miller guided me through the auction process and proved knowledgeable and supportive. I was kept fully informed by phone, text and email and this was no mean feat with at least 38 viewings, and all included in the price! The sale price was far in excess of what I had envisaged and overall I am completely satisfied with the service provided. Helpful from the very start from the Valuation (Liam) right through to the Sale & Completion (Ann). Always at the end of the phone when we had questions and when they were negotiating the Sale. GoogleWe sold and purchased with Cumbrian Properties and I would highly recommend!! 5☆ From the valuation with Jackie and Liam to the viewings from our own property to view and purchasing of our new home Kathryn was outstanding. They say selling/buying is one of the most stressful things you can go through we had our fair share of stress but NOT from Cumbrian Properties thanks to Kathryn. She returned every call, within a very timely manner, I don't think I ever waited more than hour! I felt more like a was chatting with a friend, Kathryn also kept our buyer upto date with everything which was just amazing as we did hit a couple of bumps but thanks to Kathryn we did not loose our buyer. GoogleI must say from the moment I met Jackie I felt very confident to have her as my estate agent. Very professional good chat and she knew the ins and outs for every question I was asking. Kathryn, very friendly and professional took a care of us from the beginning to end. We had a slight difficult case with the vendor but Kathryn was there to help all the way. Thank you. One thing I can give as an advice if you have a potential customer the agency needs to be a bit more accommodating with customers travelling long distances for a viewing.
