Dear Kayla Williams Thank you for the fantastic job you have been doing for me lately. Your hard work and dedication has really helped me out during difficult times . I just wanted to make sure you know how much you are valued and appreciated. We know that the recent round of lay-offs has been very bad for company morale. Not only are people worried about losing their money but also many people are out there receiving their withdrawal every day You come in early stay late and even use your free time to help pitch in and get things done. Thank you Kayla for your hard work and dedication to me both throughout the past few months and even before that. We really appreciate all that you do. Minimum amount to start up trading is $500 invest now.contact her via Email: kaylawilliamscrypto@gmail.comWhatsApp:+1 (804)214-7544

We contacted three local agents for an market assessment of a family home bordering the Lake District National Park and although not the highest we chose Cumbrian Properties as we felt they were the most realistic. The house was marketed promptly and eight viewers lined up within two days. A sale at 5% above the asking price was agreed after a further three days and the sale completed without any complications over the Christmas period. We were kept informed of progress at all stages by the friendly & efficient negotiators at the Carlisle office. Full marks all round. Thank you.

I would like thank Cumbrian Properties on selling my house. From the initial call through to the final hand over, the whole experience was a breeze. I would like to give a big thanks to Ann in the Carlisle branch as she went the extra mile to ensure the date wanted for handover was achieved. But all the staff I had contact with were excellent.

I must say from the moment I met Jackie I felt very confident to have her as my estate agent. Very professional good chat and she knew the ins and outs for every question I was asking. Kathryn, very friendly and professional took a care of us from the beginning to end. We had a slight difficult case with the vendor but Kathryn was there to help all the way. Thank you. One thing I can give as an advice if you have a potential customer the agency needs to be a bit more accommodating with customers travelling long distances for a viewing. Other than that 5 star agency and members of stuff. Very highly recommended.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

We came to Cumbrian Properties last Wednesday to get a valuation on our property. We decided to instruct them to sell our house. Liam came round Friday morning to take the photos and details, by Friday evening it was live on their website and within 10 minutes I received a call to arrange 2 viewings. On Saturday morning I received another call to arrange another 4 viewings, by 10 am Monday morning the property was sold subject to contract. We cannot thank the team enough for their professionalism and efficiency they provided along with thorough updates and quality potential buyers. Thank you so so much!!

From the start to the finish the company have been exceptional. Throughout the sale they guided us expertly through the process. Offering professional advice when needed, calming our fears and making the overall process as smooth as possible. We would really like to extend a personal thank you to Kathryn who was our main sales coordinator, we cannot recommend her highly enough. We would also like to thank Adrian who's calm and business like manner removed the huge emotional strain associated with selling and finally Jackie who started the ball rolling. We cannot recommend this company highly enough, in today's society when everything seems be be done remotely online having a local company which offers a personal touch is great. Thank you so much!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

From start to finish the service we received was excellent. Liam was professional and knowledgeable, he understood our expectations and was as able to exceed them providing a great deal for the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. Both the sale and purchase were dealt with by Gemma Irving who went above and beyond when I thought all was lost to secure the purchase of our dream home. I can not recommend them highly enough they are both experienced and passionate about their work and take pride in the service they provide. Our property sold in under 2 weeks.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
