GoogleWe have used quite a lot of different estate agents in recent years but none come anywhere near the excellent standard of Cumbrian Properties. Liam Irving and Kathryn Kelly in particular, have been brilliant. We have no hesitation in recommending them very highly. Thank you to both of you. Thank you both for your kind review!

GoogleI dealt with Susan at Cumbrian properties who from the get go was always upbeat in her manner and super helpful and efficient. She handled my application through to signing and kept me in the loop at all times stage by stage. On the day I picked up my keys at the Carlisle office all the staff were lovely, professional but also nice and chatty. Nice experience all round tbhPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

In particular, Jodie, who has been my main contact, has been lovely and answered every question and query. She has made the process of finding a flat, getting approved, signing the lease and moving in really easy. Thank you!

GoogleI moved into my apartment last week which is let through Cumbrian Properties. The place is lovely and is really feeling like home. Due to my circumstances, this was not a straightforward move, but I cannot praise the Carlisle office enough, and in particular Susan Moses. Many moons ago I worked in lettings, and I know what makes a good / bad agent. This is an exceptional agent. Right from the viewing, application stage and though to the move-in, I was kept up to date constantly via calls and emails. I never had to chase anything and a slightly daunting process was made to feel easy. I hope your landlords know just how hard you work and how professional your service is. Thank you so much Susan!
Thank you for your 5* review Tom. Great to hear you have received such good service from Sue!

GoogleAfter weeks of viewings and countless phone calls, Cumbrian properties were able to secure me an excellent property. I have been dealing with five letting agency's and by far CP have been the most helpful. I'd like to give an extra thankyou to Susan as she seemed to be a guru at the process, and went out of her way to keep me informed. But that doesn't discredit the rest of the team as they all have done a great job. Thank you Cubrian Properties
Thank you for your 5* review Ross. We are delighted to have been able to find you a new home and wish you all the best!

Google1st time renter and the staff at Cumbrian Properties (especially Sarah) couldn't have been more helpful. From the first viewing (I arrived a little early but they were already waiting on me) to getting all the paperwork done the had the patience to put up with all my 'newbie' questions. All emails were replied to very quickly also. Would recommend 100%
Thank you for your 5* review David! Great to hear you have received such good service from our Sarah.

GoogleVery pleased with my experience with the team at Cumbrian Properties! They made an initially stressful experience of trying to find a rental property much more seamless and stress-free. Susan has always made herself available for me to ask questions and to sort out issues along the way. Jodie was also very kind and helpful throughout the process! Thank you!
Thank you for your kind review. All the best in your new home!

GoogleAll the staff have been extremely helpful, especially Sarah Nelson who has gone over and above to help secure the offer on our chosen property purchase. If the rest of the buying experience is as good as the start, it should all run very smoothly. The team also recommended a solicitor to handle the sale of which their quotation proved extremely competitive.
Thank you for your 5* review Peter. We have passed your comments on to Sarah.

GoogleThe whole experience of dealing with Cumbrian Properties has been brilliant. Taking time to explain the process of selling the house to taking photographs and listing our property. The house was listed and sold within 5 days We were kept up todate on every step of the way. Staff members could not do enough for us and said they will remain available until the property has been sold and signed for. Thanks again
Thank you for your 5* review Ian!

GoogleI have been amazed at the professionalism and help that I have received over the past 3 moths. Living 3 1/2 hours away from the property that was put up for auction was tough BUT Cumbrian Properties made everything possible. They have been there to offer advice, to talk me through every stage and have kept me in touch at all times with a friendly and thoroughly approachable agent who, unfortunately, I will probably never meet. I seriously cannot recommend them highly enough. They have been great .PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleCan’t praise Cumbrian Properties enough. They hand pick their staff and have the best. I have dealt with them for almost 20 years and I use them every time I need a new tenant. Susan Moses is brilliant, she is efficient, quick to respond and knows what she is doing. She has made my experience with Cumbrian Properties a great one. Thanks Susan, from a very happy landlord.

GoogleVery pleased with Cumbrian Properties. I spoke to a number of local agents and Cumbrian Properties were by far the most positive, proactive and helpful. Liam gave me some really valuable advice early on in terms of the best way to market the property and made the viewings straight forward for me. The help that Ann has given was also invaluable, chasing up solicitors on both sides and making sure everything was in place. Many thanks.
Thank you for your 5* review John. We have passed your comments on to Ann and Liam.

GoogleWe have just bought our house in Cumbria through Cumbrian Properties. The staff is really helpful. Since we are first time buyers, we were asking a lot of questions, however, they were patient enough to answer our queries. Kathryn was fabulous. Before buying this house, we were renting a house from Cumbrian Properties. Jodie was excellent and Susan/Sue helped us a lot. Overall the staff is very helpful. I would recommend Cumbrian Properties to anyone who wish to buy/sell/rent properties.
Thank you for your kind review Betty! You and your family have been a pleasure to deal with and we wish you all the very best in your new home!

GoogleCumbrian properties in general looked after me very well. All very professional and knew their stuff. I ended up having to resell my own house and Ann took that on and had it sold in 2 days. She was amazing. From putting my offer in to the house I've now purchased to selling my house it seemed like she was genuinely routing for me and was helping with everything she could. Great company overall but Ann is great.
Thank you for your 5* review Josh. Great to hear you have received such good service from Ann and the team!
