The sales teams were amazing. There were several properties we looked at on the Croude Ace site before we chose our property. They were patient with us and talked us through all the pros and cons of the properties that we looked at. They talked us through every step as first time buyers. Extremely helpful Honestly cant fault them at all.

We bought our house 18 months ago, we had a few snags mainly nail pops in the ceiling. After contacting Alice our Croudace aftercare coordinator,she promptly sent a team to rectify the faults, which were carried out by Alin Lucasz and Andy very efficiently they were all very tidy ,and covered everything so there was no mess at all, they finished by repainting, again no mess.The end result is back to perfect.Well done everyone.

My boyfriend and I have just bought our first home, which was built by Croudace at Willowbrook Park Didcot. The whole experience has been straightforward thanks to the excellent sales team. We mainly dealt with Charlotte and Laurie, who were both really kind and helpful, and they were always happy to answer any questions we had. Due to this process being new to us, they made it stress-free and very enjoyable. Overall, we would thoroughly recommend Croudace Homes. Their houses are beautiful, a lot of thought has gone into the layouts of each house style, and their hand-over stage is nice and simple. We can't wait to fully move in over the next few weeks! Thank you so much to all at Croudace, especially the team at Willowbrook Park!

After 28 years at the same address we were tempted away by the development at Ewhurst. We are delighted with the house, the build quality appears to be excellent and the few miner bugs we have found have soon been dealt without fuss.The sales staff were engaged, knowledgeable and friendly.

Front door and frame had to be replaced. Operative Lucas removed old door and frame and carefully refitted everything, including door furniture to a professional standard. He carefully resealed and made good the internal plasterwork and returned early 2 days later to repaint the frame and interior paintwork. Everything left clean and tidy. A job well done!
