GoogleNarrow roads and ridiculous parking from your would-be neighbours! Each property has allocated parking spaces and most have their own driveways and garages but residents choose to park on-street and mounting pavements. Croudace thought putting a "Drive Safely" sign would help but a No Parking sign specially at junctions would be more appropriate. Informed the office of this issue and they could not be any less interested hence a review here!

GoogleThank you to Sophie Manager of Customer Care for handling a situation with professionalism and compassion. Her fair resolution was most impressive.

GoogleAlways a great experience with Croudace. All my dealings have been professional and friendly and they really care about delivering a great product and creating a positive community in all their developments. Keep it up! This is what sets you apart from others. I love the fact that all the house styles are full of character and not just sterile, boring boxes like some other house builders out there.
