We moved into our new home in July…

We moved into our new home in July 2026. The team from Croudace especially Sarah,Steve and Lindsey have looked after us throughout the whole process. They are always friendly and helpful and do their best to help with any questions we have. If they can’t help directly they contact someone who can. They are an asset to your organisation and go above and beyond. We love our new home and never considered a new build property before. It is very peaceful here and the grounds are maintained to a high standard. I would recommend anyone thinking of moving to a new build in Cheshunt to come and view a showhome here in Hammondstreet.

We moved into our Croudace Homes new build property just over a year ago and during this time we have had a few minor issues that needed attention, which is expected with a new home. Throughout this period, Paul and Dave have been absolutely fantastic. They have always been professional, friendly, reliable, and responsive whenever we needed assistance. Every issue has been dealt with promptly and to a high standard, and they have taken time to explain things clearly and ensure we are completely satisfied with the outcome. We were so lucky to have a team of volunteers from Croudace paint our kitchen - we're a youth charity in Didcot and the work they did will help us teach disadvantaged young people to cook. From the very first time we visited Ochre Meadows, Caroline, Abbie and Sanaz from the sales team made us feel genuinely welcome. Buying a new home is a huge decision, and their friendly, approachable and professional manner immediately put us at ease. Throughout the entire process, they were always available at the end of a phone call or email to answer our questions, provide updates and explain each stage clearly. Their communication was excellent, and we always felt informed and supported. Although we experienced a few challenges with the sale of our existing property, the team were incredibly supportive, reassuring and patient. They consistently made us feel valued, never pressured us into making decisions, and were always willing to go the extra mile to help. It was clear they genuinely cared about helping us secure our new home rather than simply making a sale. One thing that really stood out was how they celebrated each milestone with us. From reserving our home through to exchange and finally completion, they shared in our excitement and made the whole journey feel personal. 2 Weeks after moving in

I have already left a review pre-moving in but I feel it would be remiss of me to not offer further insight as to what you can expect once moved in. I think it would be fair to say we all may have the cynic in us where you feel that once they have the sale you’re cast aside and low priority - I can absolutely assure you that’s not the case here. My wife and I got our own snagger to check out the property, the report came back on the lower amount you can expect, nothing major to report, all relatively menial details. Alice, the customer care co-ordinator made herself known to us immediately when we moved in, we sent the list to her and within less than a day it was acknowledged with each and every supplier contacted to get in touch to rectify the details. Even down to the suppliers they use here, all have been courteous, responsive and have got straight on the case. Alice has seamlessly dealt with all of our enquiries and made us feel more than at ease. Paul and Dave, the on-site managers have also been nothing short of outstanding, both incredibly easy to talk and deal with, admittedly we’ve had more dealings with Dave who has checked in on numerous occasion's, assisted with certain bits on the snagging list but never made it seem like a chore and only too happy to help, a real genuine pair. I really don’t want to seem like I’m over-egging the pudding here but I’m truly thankful and impressed right from the very first point of contact. It’s easy to talk the talk when trying to make a sale but to put it into action is where it counts and true their testament, the aftercare has been sublime. Just had Arron round for the past couple of days taking care of some minor snags, can’t praise him enough. Went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to the highest possible standard, even spotting fine differences in the paint (which I wouldn’t have) - despite what was written on our sheet, he went out and got the exact paint we actually needed so that the finish was perfect. Very friendly, efficient, plus any questions I had or advice on upkeep etc that I had, he was more than happy to answer. Very impressed with him and the service overall!

We recently had our snagging issues completed by Croudace and I wanted to share what a positive experience it was. After our inspection, there were over a hundred and twenty items that needed attention. Croudace sent Alin and honestly, he was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every single item, big or small, was handled with care and to a high standard. He even spotted additional issues that weren’t on the list and he just went ahead and fixed them. He was also friendly and polite. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to doing a really good job. Buying a new home can sometimes feel stressful, but Alin made the whole process reassuring and smooth. He’s a real credit to Croudace and the company is very fortunate to have him.

Well where shall I begin. Firstly I've lived in a peroid property for over 36 years in Bromley and we began searching for a new property out side Bromley in the Tonbridge or West Malling areas just after covid. We viewed over 20 properties over several years. Our aim was to downsize and realease equity in our home for our 3 daughters. By sheer chance we discovered Croudace Homes Ltd after searching on a neighbouring plot developed by Barratt and David Wilson in Aylesford. Croudace shone head and shoulders above the many others. A kind but down to earth approach. No hard sell just facts and choices. Suzzie Lamb and her sales team were excellent, always available and responsive to calls. Once sale was agreed they were a font of knowledge for both our purchase of our Daylesford home and sale. We moved on the hottest day ever recorded and we were running behind schedule to move in. The Area Manager was covering Suzzie and she was excellent staying way past her closing time. Support from Site Manager Adrian has been excellent and the most efficient Customer Service has been Suzanne Palser who, even on her days off, sets systems in place to resolve snags. Having been advised to record every snag by Adrian, Suzanne and Suzzie we did therefore, many were raised and all are nearly resolved through kindness and hard workmanship. Both Dave and Paul the local Customer Service Technicans have been superb. Dave's tenacity and skill helped by devising a solution to re figuring a door lock keep in the utility cupboard which will avoid damaging the lounge door in an inadvertent opening of the lounge door when not knowning that the utility door is open. Most of the snags are resolved other than the continual popping of plasterboard screws in the loft bedroom due to the accelerated drying of the home in such hot temperatures. The loft bedroom redecoration is scheduled for 6-10 months time. A heartfelt thank you.

Personal, practical, and nothing was too much trouble

From my first visit to exchange at Vyne Park, Stephanie and Charlotte made the whole experience feel genuinely personal and not just another transaction. Whatever came up along the way, big or small, they were practical about it and just got on with sorting it out; nothing ever felt like a problem. They were always available, always straightforward, and clearly cared about making sure I felt looked after rather than just processed. I'd recommend being upfront about what stage you're at so they can tailor things to you, and looking properly at what's included rather than just the headline price, as it makes a real difference to the overall value. I'd pop in to see the house and the sales centre, and they always greeted me with a smile and a coffee, which made the whole process so much easier. It's rare to deal with a sales team that combines that level of care with real efficiency. Can't recommend them highly enough

Charlotte and Steph at Vyne Park have been so friendly and incredibly helpful throughout my home-buying journey. From the very beginning, they have gone above and beyond to answer my questions, keep me updated and make the whole process feel as stress-free as possible. As I was purchasing a brand-new house type, Charlotte was particularly detail-focused and made sure we had seen and understood the correct plans before I reserved, which I really appreciated. She has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and has even sent me progress photos of the house when I haven't been able to get to site, which has been such a lovely touch and made the experience feel even more special.
