This review won’t even come close to express our thanks to Gaye and Lyn at Wisteria Gate and Croudace Homes. We first reserved our new home in April and despite selling our current home 4 times since January and the chain breaking down for 3 of them, Gaye and Lyn and Croudace have gone out of their way to try and ensure that we continue to succeed in buying our new Croudace home! We are very hopeful for it being this time lucky and we can be moved in soon! Thank you again for all that you have and are continuing to do to help us xx

So I recently purchased a house on the Willowbrook Park development. My initial visit was to review Croudace, L&G and Cala Homes in the area. Being honest it was the responsiveness and attentiveness of the sales staff at Croudace (Laurie and Charlotte) that eventually won my business. From start to finish of a very long process (due to solicitors not sales staff) they were always their to guide, explain and chase. Thoroughly professional, friendly and really trying their best to help customers. Can't thank them enough for their support over a few difficult, trying months. They also tolerated my delinquent dog on numerous site visits.

After living in our new home for 8 month, we notice a few snags that needed touching up. We contacted customer care, received an email and call back the same day and a date provided to us for the work to be done. All snags were done, all to a brilliant standard and all within a few days of emailing them over! Thank you Steve for being amazing! ☺️

We have been very satisfied with Croudace Homes since the very begging of dealing with them. A very professional help and support, fast reactions and helping us to achieve our goals.Today, we had a gentleman from Croudace that came to fix a few steps in our staircase. He was very professional, he respected our property (we have got a rule of no shoes at home) and very friendly. He went an extra mile by cleaning the glue residue that I carried to a carpet. It took him over 20 minutes to clean it. He did not have to that as it was my fault. I would recommend Croudace Homes to anyone who’s looking for their own nest. Great homes, great quality and fantastic and professional teams to support you with you journey before and after buying a property.

We bought a Croudace Home 7 months ago. We mainly dealt with Alison and Marta during the buying process and they were great. Always available to answer any queries we had, and kept on top of everything for us.Since moving in we’ve had a few snags so have had to contact the after care team - our contact is Daniela. She always replies promptly and gets any jobs booked in with the various departments. Paul and Dave have fixed a few things for us and are always lovely. Very professional, always making sure the job is done to a high standard.So far we are very happy with our Croudace experience - long may it continue!

Willowbrook Park Development, Didcot - Sam recently came to our home to repair a damp patch/hole in our ceiling caused by a leak from the upstairs tub. His meticulous attention to detail and dedication to restoring the ceiling to its original condition impressed us immensely. Not only did he make the repair seamlessly blend in, but he also took extra care to source the exact paint color used in the upstairs bathroom, ensuring everything matched perfectly. We have had a really good experience with Croudace, from the first contact right through to after we moved in. Nikki, Sarah and Danni in the sales office have been really kind and helpful. Once we moved in we have had a few little issues which Rob and his team have been very good at dealing with quickly and to a high standard.

Reported to Croudace CS & Site Management to install bollards on the entry of pedestrian road to stop those undisciplined drivers passing through under our estate in Didcot but refuse to do despite same bollards are installed on new phases of the estate.They just ignore the potential danger of the residents, especially childs and pets. Irresponsible site management........
