Had a few snagging problems had Sam out to correct them . Sam is a very conciensious and polite man , he repaired the things that were not right perfectly leaving everything in great order .

As first time buyers, we were nervous after hearing horror stories about what is like to buy a house. However our experience has been nothing short of positive! The whole process has been made enjoyable by the Sales Staff, in particular Charlotte; who has been with us since the outset. Additionally Laurie is really helpful too! Would absolutely recommend Croudace to anyone looking to purchase a New Build Home

I’ve visited the Croudace homes marketing suite and show homes a number of times at the Brooks in Burghfield Common. The sales consultant I always see is so lovely, friendly and helpful, answering my questions honestly and thoroughly. She has shown us a number of houses on the development so I can make a clear and informed choice on the houses that are available. She goes over and above to help me. The houses are beautiful although the smaller Shipton is quite small to fit 3 bedrooms upstairs, but the living space is good and the show homes give a good representation of layout and a feel for actually living in the space. The development itself seems well laid out although gardens are a little small but in line with most new built houses. I’m looking forward to seeing one of the townhouses as a showhome soon as this house is likely to suit my needs better than the others. Overall the experience I have had with Croudace Homes is excellent and the staff are lovely and the homes are beautiful and built well.

From our initial tour of the plot to moving in and now 2 years on, our experience of croudace has been great. Nikki and Daniella, in particular, have always been very supportive and happy to help with any queries or questions. We’ve been very happy with the quality of our new home as whole. However, if we’ve ever needed anything amended under the 2 year warranty, it has been easy to arrange and Rob the handy man has always fixed any issues. We would highly recommend a croudace new home.

I have purchased a house from croudace homes in the past and have been nothing but impressed with their standard of quality, professionalism and standard of customer care and satisfaction. They are a 5 star builder and strive to do everything they can to achieve the best. I have dealt with croudace on many occasions since my house purchase and every time I have been satisfied and feel that once you have bought from them you receive loyalty all round. I would never look to another property developer.

Great Customer Service, Emma is responsive and almost everything is arranged and handled within a few days. A few snags but nothing major, operation team Guy is phenomenal, punctual, polite and friendly. Most importantly those snags were resolved quickly in good quality, I couldn’t ask for more. My house is finished in high quality which has reflected in the price.
