We are currently in our first home at The Brooks in Burghfield and we absolutely love it. The Sales Team at The Brooks are fantastic, a special thank you to Marnie and Sanaz. They went above and beyond to help us secure our first home. We went to see the showroom at the end of July and were in our home by the 2nd week of October. Everyone at the development has been friendly and accommodating so we're very happy we chose Croudace Homes.

Stepping into our prospective house, we felt an instant connection. It not only met but surpassed all our criteria. With conviction, we decided to proceed with the purchase, despite the house not being fully completed at that time. From looking at a show home purely out of interest, to part exchanging our home and buying a new and beautiful house in 3 months! Gaye and Lyn were supportive and provided great communication and advice throughout the selling and buying process. Croudace made an offer that we couldn't turn down - they really do offer great incentives. The build of our new home was on schedule and we are very, very impressed by the build quality and finish of the house. Croudace are genuinely building incredible quality houses. After moving in, we've been in daily contact with Lyn, Gaye and the site manager to ensure we are happy with the house and all minor snags are being rectified within hours of notification. Overall, it's been a pleasure to buy a home from Croudace at Wisteria Gate.

Great Developer, Great Value for Money, Beautiful Houses and Friendly Staff. We only had great experiences with Croudace Homes. Laurie from the Willowbrook Park sales team at Didcot is amazing, always very helpful, approachable and goes the extra mile to help out. We are currently working with the sales team for a second time as we are purchasing a new 1-bed flat alongside our 4-bed house.We moved to our 4-bed Croudace home in 2022 and our experience has been nothing but positive. All defects have been resolved positively and both David and Sam were brilliant. Always very thorough, clean and respectful. The site manager Lewis was always around to help with various queries and even knocked on the door to inform us in person when something was happening nearby that can impact our day-to-day access to the house or a driveway. We picked Croudace Homes as we were drawn by the charm of the wider development which blends traditional features with the benefits of a new house, matched by well sized houses and gardens. I would highly recommend this developer to anyone. The Willowbrook Park development is welcoming, green and feels/is very safe. We have been very impressed with the Croudace Homes experience and will be top of our list if ever we move house in the future!

I visited the new site in Oxford over the weekend for a 3rd time and I must say I am very very impressed with Nicki the sales lady. She was very warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable, she really knows all about Croudace and what they are building. You can see when she talks about the homes the pride she has. Oxford site looks really good, the show homes are build to a really good standard. It’s new with the air source heat pumps and Nicki has a good way of explaining it but as with all new things we will get use to it. After visiting for a third time I hate set my mind in wanting to move onto the site, still deciding which design I like most but still need to sell my home which I am hopeful it will be a quick sale before they get snapped up.Nicki is refreshing and very informative. She is also great with my kids, made them feel involved and important. It was a lovely feeling knowing they felt at ease because moving is very hard especially for little minds. I cannot wait to buy and move there.

We moved into our new home in Willowbrook Park a month ago and love it! The house is beautiful and Willowbrook Park is so pleasant to live in.Charlotte and Laurie have been amazing through the whole process. They have always been friendly and helpful guiding us through the process and answering questions promptly, they did a lot of chasing on their side to help get the legals completed and were kind and caring when the process got stressful. It's been a lovely experience buying at Willowbrook Park!

Our experience of buying a Croudace home from start to finish has been brilliant. We were originally hesitant about the idea of purchasing a new build due to all the horror stories, and whilst we can only speak from our experience, Croudace have completely changed our view. Having been in our home almost two years now, the level of customer service from the initial reservation stage right up until now has been exceptional. We were lucky to have only a few minor snags but anything that has popped up over the two years we’ve been here has always been rectified, quickly and efficiently. Paul and Dave especially are a real credit to the company, nothing is ever too much trouble and they’re always a pleasure to deal with. We would most definitely consider buying another Croudace home in the future, but for now we’re very happy with our new home and hope to stay here for many more years to come. A big thank you to everyone at Croudace - keep up the good work!
