I have been working for croudace homes for the last 20 years , I run a cleaning company so we have cleaned 100s of houses and flats for croudace homes ,over these years we have worked for many other building companies including many larger companies. If i was to buy a new home i would only ever buy a croudace home, They really do look after the customer and the quality is always finished to the highest standard.

TrustpilotCharity Partner
Croudace are a wonderful corporate partner of Herts Young Homeless, a homeless charity offering free advice & support to 16-24 year olds in Hertfordshire. Croudace have supported hyh for a number of years and donated much needed funds as well as their time by volunteering for us at our Future Roots garden. We are extremely proud to partner with Croudace as they really care about supporting young people in the communities in which they work.

TrustpilotPeople First
I visited the Croudace Head offices back in March 2023 and was immediately greeted by a lovely lady at reception who was full of gratitude to work for Croudace Homes. After a constructive discussion with senior management and directors it was apparent that this is a business that puts people before anything else, well done.

TrustpilotVery happy customer purchasing our Croudace House!
Absolutely love our development in West Sussex, the house is just what we were searching for and a great location. The team were very helpful even after a few delays, they kept us up to date and got us moved in before Christmas. We were the second house moved in on the development and it's a lovely and friendly community.

TrustpilotA decent developer with the right attitude
My company has been working with Croudace Homes for over 25 years now and we have always found them to be a cut above the rest. Their professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail really do set them apart from other house builders. This is quite rare and after working on more than 100 of their developments over the years it is still a pleasure to work for them.

TrustpilotA friendly and professional developer
We’ve had dealings with Croudace Homes for many years and can’t fault it’s friendly and professional approach. The sales teams are approachable and knowledgeable and we always feel valued and important. This can’t always be said for other, larger developers. Good attention to detail and a great product.

TrustpilotHertford development
The Croudace development in Hertford is beautiful. I live locally and have seen it being built over the last few years. It looks very well managed and controlled which you don't often see with other builders. They have a lovely little play park in the middle of the site where I take my son on when I can. Safe to say he loves it too!Good job Croudace, keep it up!

TrustpilotBeautiful House at Blakemore Manor
We completed on out purchase last June at Blakemore Manor and would comment that there were some distressing moments with the process, solicitors and various other parties, however, we cannot speak highly enough of Nikki Chaston as the sales manager, who was there to chase, badger, reassure and offer assistance wherever needed.Nikki has genuine empathy and bonds well with buyers and nothing is ever too much for her, no call are left unanswered, always responded to us promptly. We love our “little” or not so “little” house and know that we will be truly happy for many years to come.

TrustpilotThe Pastures, Linton
The sales team, Danni and Lauren, were excellent, as was the site foreman, Calvin. Most of the follow up, of snags etc, has happened quickly and professionally. A shame about the drainage problem which has be exacerbated by the over zealous local council, which, by purchasing at the top of the estate, was avoided by us. Also could have achieved the moving of the 30 mph signage to incorporate the site entrance which is ongoing. Otherwise all good, the house is well appointed and all services work well.

TrustpilotExcellent pre and post-sale support
Croudace provides excellent new home information packs and a useful home demo experience. Lauren has been supportive during post pre and post-sale, taking on feedback and responding promptly and with friendly professionalism at all times.

TrustpilotPositive experience at Willowbrook Park Didcot
The house buying process can be a stressful time, however our experience with the Didcot Willowbrook Park site has been excellent all the way through from initial viewing, reservation, move in day, and post-move settling in. Most of my dealings were with Charlotte, our sales consultant, who made the whole process very efficient. She kept up communication with myself, estate agents and solicitors at every step. Handover was made a lot easier too, with all the information for the new house made conveniently available. After moving in, Charlotte and Mark (site manager) kept in touch with us to make sure everything was fine. Any minor findings (of which there were very few) were fixed quickly and easily. A lot of the team have been great to us here and we would recommend this development. Particular thanks to Charlotte, Mark and Martin for how friendly and helpful they have been to make our experience here a very positive one.
