I not only acquired my first home but have also gained insights into interior design and decor, which has been instrumental in creating a space that perfectly aligned with my vision. The house was supposed to be airtight, what a joke just take a socket off the wall and there is a force 8 gale coming from gap between plasterboard and brick wall. Spoke to them and they just quoted the house was built to airtight spec. Rubbish whatever the epic rating reduce it by two!!

I visited the Hertford site last week, didn’t have an appointment but Nikki was very welcoming and spent a lot of time with me explaining the housetypes within my budget and possible future phase as a possibility She was exceptional and knows her products very well and answered nearly all my questions before I asked. Knowing what I can afford, what’s coming up but most of a the confidence she made me feel that there is a possibility of buying my first home. Even though it’s appointment only I was welcomed and was not rushed, the show homes are beautiful and the development I’m mean WOW, Nikki walked me round the development explaining the positioning of possible choices showed me from the site gates the locations of the apartments and explained the positioning of parking and stuff.It feels me with great confidence and excitement I cannot wait to buy at Hertford if I get a chance toI saw a few neighbours who live on site and the praise they all give Nikki she sounds like a super hero sale person going above and beyond The quality of the homes there look beautiful with the residents confirming the build quality and aftercare service is really good Thank you Nikki for your time and effort and I look forward to maybe owning my first home with youI’ve been to other developments in Hertford and did not get the service or time like I did with you 😄

We have just purchased a new build home from Croudace Homes at Willowbrook Park Didcot. We are absolutely delighted with the new 3 bedroom detached house. The quality of the finish is impeccable from top to bottom. Special mention Alex for his attention to detail in doing a great job. Also to John and especially Charlotte Sales Consultants who made the whole process so smooth. Helpful clear communication every step of the way from start to finish. They both made us feel so welcome and looked after us. Moving house is always stressful but they looked after the detail so well. When we moved in and any issues all minor were quickly followed up by Mark who speedily gets things done. The whole team at Didcot work together as a team and it shows in every aspect. Well done Croudace they are a credit to you.

The low level of customer service I encountered whilst trying to deal with the Letchworth office, was quite astounding! They seem to advertise properties on their website which have already sold, making the whole process of inquiring about a property with them very confusing! Whenever ringing their office, I would always get told that the people I need to speak to phone lines were busy and was submissively told I would receive a call back, to which no avail. They also like to advertise their properties with a price of TBC, which I feel is very misleading! Overall, just a bad experience so will avoid them in the future!

After two or so weeks I’d recieved an phone call explaining it had gone through and I would have my first house. After preparing and getting excited we went to hand over but no one got back to me. I then recieved an email explaining I missed out. For some reason they didn’t even have the guts to call me! Absolutely pathetic

Went to buy a flat with this company, signed all paperwork apart from the exchange of contract where I made it very clear I wanted to see inside the property before hand (everyone was happy with this) after seeing the flat I was happy to progress but before I could go ahead with the exchange the company pulled out at the last moment and offered the flat to somebody else, whether it was a rich business man or personal friend/ member of staff, I dont know,but that is my assumption. I was a month away from moving in and sorted my mortgage out, brought furniture,sorted all my help to buy paperwork out (help to buy is no longer available) and this is how they treated me, please think twice about choosing a company that is corrupt and will stab you in the back to serve someone else. They also didnt have the decency to ring me,they only let me know by email and then when I tried to contact them back they have ignored all emails and phone calls, trust me when i say these people really are the worst of society, I have written to my local MP, local press and I am planning on taking legal action as I am so disgusted with this treatment.

Buy a new home from Nicki at Blakemore Manor, Hertford. We brought our lovely home from the very friendly Nicki and from the start she’s been very welcoming kept us updated on our sale due to our long chain. Without her help in chasing daily we wouldn’t of gotten into our beautiful home. Experience was above and beyond from reservation, choices, answering our million questions to even move in day. Even now after moving in she is wonderful and very knowledgeable. We just love our home and Nicki was right Croudace do have a good customer care team who he’ll deal with our minor issues in a timely manner. Without the knowledge of the company and development I do not think we would’ve brought a new home, we was back and fourth numerous times and Nicki gave us her time on every visit and made us feel comfortable and at ease. The development is lovely and friendly neighbours Move in day was made to feel easy, the keys were nicely labelled which made it easier to open the doors without hassle, the documentation wallet was a nice touch to keep all the information together but we just love the hamper, came in handy when we couldn’t find the biscuits for our delivery drivers after the made rush to pack. All the reviews about Croudace being an asset to the company are correct. Keep up the good work :-)

I bought a 2 bedroom property at Willowbrook Park. The whole process from the beginning was very positive, from the friendly sales team (John & Jenny) who gave me plenty of support with making my choices, to the site team (Scott) who diligently made sure my requests were implemented. The quality of the build is to a high standard, in particular I find many people are surprised at the size of the garden which is large for a new build. I did have a few snags at the beginning but these were resolved very promptly. I have subsequently recommended Croudace to friends who have since also purchased a property from them.
