We visited the show home in Willowbrook Park, Didcot. We dealt with Charlotte who had assisted our daughter and partner in showing them a property. They have since moved forward with the purchase. Charlotte was so professional and took the time to explain everything. We trusted what she said and felt the service she provided was excellent.

I purchased an apartment from Croudace Homes, at their Willowbrook Park development in Didcot. I can't fault the service I have received from the entire team, from the first sales appointment right through to aftersales care. The apartment was finished to an excellent standard and so far I have experienced very few issues.

The services from the sales department from the inquiry stage through reservations to completion were excellent. As first time buyers, we were scared about the process at first but the team @ Silk Row made the process seamless. Post completion services were perfect also. Kudos to the team.

We were generally very happy with our experience of buying a home from Croudace at Willowbrook Park. We had a snagging survey done prior to completion which identified some snagging issues (mostly minor things) and Croudace has been quick to resolve most of these issues. The development is well designed and we were overall very happy with our first moving experience!

We recently moved into our new home at Hermitage Park and are so happy with it. The whole experience with Croudace has been brilliant. The ladies we dealt with in the sales office were fantastic. Right from day one of visiting they made us feel so comfortable with the process of buying a new home. They were lovely to deal with and so responsive every time we have a query. We can’t rate them highly enough. Our new home is also so lovely. We’ve had a couple of small issues but they were rectified immediately. Definitely a 5* experience.

I just wanted to send a short note to provide some great feedback. We were overseas buyers relocating from the USA to UK so our situation was more complex than most UK purchasers - in addition our start to finish transaction time was also very fast. The Sales Consultant provided an amazing service for us from the first time we looked around the development to the final close. She was always extremely professional, super responsive and dealt with our concerns and queries thoroughly. Examples include:Taking additional pictures where we needed themProviding updates on progress across all dimensions on the transactionSending pictures of the carpets and flooring so we could make those choices remotelyFielding my calls at all times (inc. weekends) so I could provide detailed updates that she could relay back to head officeSending pictures on the final stages so we could enjoy those from the USAQuite simply the service we received was outstanding and I wanted to make sure that is recorded. Overall I have been delighted with the experience we have had with Croudace and a large element of that is due to our experience working with our Sales Consultant.

I bought from croudace homes hermitage park in 2019, which promised a school onsite, orchards and green space. However, after 3 years they have redacted the school plans and ripped up the orchard and building on the green land. All promises have been broken. Also had leaks, home built on the damp layer, bad plumbing and drains. So disappointing as it is a beautiful home.

First time using Croudace Homes to buy an apartment.Process couldn’t have been eaiser, to begin with. However, constant push backs on completion date, received a contract that said jan 8th 2024. Ultimately exchanged contracts based on that date only to be told March 29th for the true completion date. Sales team are unable to give accurate or reliable information past the point of getting you to sign the dotted line. Property clearly hasn’t sold enough for them to maintain a smooth completion date, 50% sold so whacked completion from 8th Jan to 29th March.Head office also have the disappointing opinion that £1000 towards your NEXT purchase is a suitable reward for anyone that’s not even purchased their first property with them. 1k doesn’t touch the sides of legal fees or stamp duty these days so what a useless gesture.Build quality remains to be seen but last visit I did to site, there was metal sticking out the already plastered and painted walls, sadly not high hopes for a quality finish right away.
