GoogleBest decision ever. Having met several local agents that seemed very capable, I decided to meet Marc based on the fantastic reviews Cox & Co had. I immediately felt that he was someone I could work throughout the process. It would prove to be a very good decision, his ability to communicate and support us when difficult situations arose has been above and beyond. We will always be grateful for the professionalism and care that his team have showed and I don't think you will meet a more trustworthy and genuine individual to get the sale over the line. GoogleHaving sought valuations from a number of agents, the thing that stuck in my mind was Marc (Cox) telling me "it was his name above the door" and right then I knew he would give his all into getting the property sold. True to his word, the property went online promptly, and was sold within 2 weeks. Throughout the whole process Marc, and his colleagues, were easily accessible, always quick to answer the phone, or reply to an email and the communication throughout was impeccable. I would thoroughly recommend Cox & Co as agents and they will be my first choice should we move again.

GoogleI have just purchased a property through Marc, who owns the business, so you know you are going to get super service AND I DID, but all the teem were fantastic. Cox & Co have been amazing from start to finish, got me through a few hurdles and definitely 10 out of 10 service. Communication was amazing, always keeping me up to date. If I purchase or sell again I know where I will be going, somewhere else!!, ONLY JOKING, ill be back. A big Thank you Kim

GoogleCox and Co have been incredibly from start to finish. From our initial interest in a property on there books, through the rollercoaster of what is buying a property. Mac has always been there to answer any questions we had, and support us in every way possible. Going above and beyond our expectations and previous experiences of working with estate agents. As first time buyers it's can be very daunting. However with Mac and the teams support, and constant communication it has made understanding the process of buying a house easy. Always ensuring we understood all our options. I would recommend Cox and co to anyone. There service as a buyer has been extremely personable which is what I think makes Cox and Co unique. We want to Thank Marc and his team for all his help and support in getting us our first home

GoogleHaving had our house on the market for nearly 6 months without any offers Marc and the team stepped in and within a week we had an offer. We were very happy and impressed with how the team at Cox & Co managed the sale to completion. They were very efficient and always quickly responsive to any questions we had through the process. They have certainly changed my view of estate agents, being friendly and considerate but professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleCox & Co were the agents we used to but our home. Russell took us on a couple of viewings and was really knowledgeable. Throughout the process, he helped move things along between us and the seller. He offered good advice when we encountered some turbulence and was always happy to help. We had a pleasant experience with them and are highly recommended.

It was the first time we’ve been a part of a big chain with selling and buying at the same time so their guidance was hugely appreciated. They helped with any questions we had along the way and ensured the chain moved forwards smoothly and efficiently dealing with any hurdles along the way. We would highly recommend!

GoogleHad an excellent experience purchasing a house from Cox & Co. They were better than the estate agents I used to sell my own property. I was really impressed with their communication from start to finish. I would definitely recommend and next time I sell I will be using Cox & Co. Both my sisters have used them previously too and had the same experience. All positive. Lets just say they are not like your typical high street estate agents!

GoogleWe used Cox and co when buying a property. They were great. Really helpful and always responded quickly. Also gave lots of advice of what happens in the process. We bought in portslade and they knew lots about the area and the properties in that area. Would highly recommend if buying or selling.

GoogleCox and Co are hands down the best estate agent I’ve ever worked with! We had an unlucky run with selling our house and it ended up taking 2 years until we finally completed and moved. Through no fault of our own, our house or Cox and Co, various events caused us to have 4 different buyers and a chain that fell apart on one house we were buying. I can’t fault Marc and Russell’s professionalism, positive attitude, support and dedicated hard work to help our family move house. Their continued upbeat attitude and humour made the whole experience possible and we didn’t give up on our vision of moving largely due to the ease of working with such a brilliant estate agent. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone considering selling their house. I’m so grateful for all their hard work and wish them all the success they deserve. It’s rare to find such a genuine gem of an estate agent! Thank you Marc and Russell!
