Our first contact with Marc was a really good experience and Marc passed on his efficiency and professionalism to us, which led to our decision to go ahead with our property sale with Cox&Co. Cox & Co far exceeded our expectations as an estate agent. We worked mainly with Josh, and he was consistently clear, timely and professional in his communications. He initially met us to explain the sale procedure and assisted us in giving our tenant notice. He also checked on the house after it was vacated and sent us pictures, thus saving us a lot of time and money in checking the property ourselves as we are located the other side of town. Additionally, Josh went to the house on other occasions to help unlock and activate the energy meters (which were changed unbeknownst to us by the tenant) and when an alarm was reported as going off by a neighbour. Josh also recommended and communicated with a professional cleaner to make sure the house was at its best before viewings commenced. He was diligent in keeping us updated and made sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible. I thoroughly recommend Cox & Co Estate Agents; they are a trustworthy and professional team, with in-depth experience and knowledge of the property industry.

The service I was given from Marc and Josh over at Cox & Co was exemplary. Professional, efficient, responsive, effective, friendly, informative and just so so lovely. We sold within around 3 weeks. Then completed very shortly after this. If you are looking for competent professionals that go above and beyond (I am looking at you here Marc when you kindly drove all the way out to my flat to open her up as I had forgotten my keys and I had removal men waiting outside to get rid of my fridge, but we couldn't get in!) look no further. I couldn't recommend them enough - thank you Marc and Josh!
