After speaking with a number of agents we chose Cox & Co to sell our home as Marc was both knowledgable and honest and gave us a lot of confidence. We were very impressed with the pictures taken of our house, and how many viewing they had booked for our open day. We had multiple offers and agreed our sale within a week. There were some delays with our exchange (due to a mortgage lender in our chain) and Russell was fantastic at keeping us updated and chasing progress reports. We would highly recommend. We sold our flat through Cox & Co and are glad we chose them. Marc spent a long time talking with me at the valuation and he seemed to have more expertise than the other estate agents who had been round. He and our main point of contact Russell were both excellent throughout the entire process, always being there to answer any queries and assist with navigating the process of selling our house. They helped with logistical details such as scanning and sending documents when needed, and Marc even gave us a lift to pick up our new keys on moving day. Overall we are very happy with the service we have received from Cox & Co and very happy in our new home.

Nothing short of 1st class treatment - seriously. Having moved a few times before and dealt with varying degrees of not so great estate agents (to put it mildly) I was really pleased with all of the team. I was impressed from the first time we went to view the property with Russel Best (he is the best because he gave us plenty of time to really see the property) and reassured by his clarity and knowledge. Then when I made an offer both Tony and Mark Cox really helped get it through because they saw how desperately I wanted the property! However my buyers were not the easiest and the stress they put me through was massive. Communication is very important for me and whenever I phoned the office Marc was always there for me even if busy and would calm me down and give me advice on how to proceed and hope that it would eventually complete, which it did! There were days when I was really depressed about how long the process was taking, but Marc's humour cheered me up. I am now happily settling in. Definitely the friendliest, most professional and genuine estate agents that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I swear that I was not paid to write this essay! If you choose Cox and Co (whether selling or purchasing) I promise that you WILL thank me in the future.

I highly recommend Cox and Co if you are selling your home. Russell and Marc were professional, friendly and understanding of our situation. The sale was not without complications, but they were quickly addressed and communication was clear throughout to keep all parties in the loop. I was very grateful we chose Cox and Co out of all who initially valued our house. It was not the highest valuation of the agents but was the most realistically priced, and our house went over the asking price anyway in the buoyant market earlier this year. Mostly though, it was Russell and Marc's willingness to go above and beyond to help which was most reassuring. Thank-you.

It has been a refreshing experience to work with a serious agent that doesn’t play games, who answers the phone and/or calls you back as soon as possible. I was dealing with Russell from the moment I enquired the property that I would like to buy in Worthing. He was very professional and helpful. In fact He was much more involved and helpful than my own estate agent! He provided me with updates on the progress of my purchase and gave me some advice on what needed to be done to speed up the process even on the selling part of my property. He also provided some useful information on what’s involved in selling and purchasing of the property including how long each process usually takes. He did beyond what I expected him to do. In fact I didn’t get any service that I received from Russell from my own estate agent. He also helped me chasing the progress either with my solicitors or my estate agent. He always replied to my calls and emails promptly the same day or the next day without fail. I am very pleased with his service and I would recommend him 100% should you need a reliable, professional and helpful estate agent!! Russell stood out from the rest as someone we could really trust. He's friendly, straight talking and honest and really really good at his job! Cox & Co have been absolutely brilliant during the sale of my flat. I can't recommend them highly enough. The sale of my flat was super easy (sold on the first viewing!), getting me my asking price straight away. We've been waiting for 6 months due to delays with the place we're moving to, and Josh has been brilliant at keeping my buyer happy, keeping on top of solicitors for me (a feat in itself!) and always checking in regularly to make sure everyone is happy and things are progressing. Marc and Josh have always been on hand with help and advice on other properties we were considering (even with other agencies) and gave honest opinions which were absolutely invaluable. Sarah who does the weekend viewings was also lovely and treated my home and others we saw with respect. These guys are nothing like other estate agents, who are in my experience generally terrible, slow and icky. Cox & co go above and beyond at every point.
