We have just completed on the sale of our beloved family home thanks to a professional, personal and genuinely caring service from Marc, Russell, Tony and the team at Cox and Co. After speaking to several estate agents in the area, we chose Cox and Co for a number of important reasons: Marc was incredibly honest and upfront in our initial meeting - at no point did he make us feel like we were being given a sales pitch; we were completely reassured that we would be offered a personal service, with good communication, where our property would be marketed and sold with our best interests at heart throughout; and because Cox and Co are, and operate as a growing local business with the local community as part of their ethos. We were not disappointed. Every step of the process was carried out professionally with outstanding communication, advice and guidance. Russell predominantly dealt with the viewings and the subsequent sale, but both Marc and Russell were 100% available at any point to answer our questions, deal with our worries and calm our nerves - always with total honesty. And, on top of that, being able to seek Tony's wise counsel really helped to make us feel informed and confident throughout. Selling your house is stressful. Selling your family home of 20+ years is stressful and emotional. There is no doubt that Marc, Russell and everyone at Cox and Co made this as smooth and stress free an experience as possible.
