Marc was very kind and helpful during my valuation and listened and completely understood what I was trying to achieve with my sale. He printed things out for me and took all my paperwork over to my solicitors at a moment’s notice and was exceptional in every regard. Russell was also brilliant and negotiated many and varied situations with excellent results every time. I cannot praise Cox&Co highly enough. Perfect service. I have already recommended them to my friend who is contemplating selling her house. 10/10

Last year I was having issues with the last agency I was using for property management and was referred to Cox & Co. I can't emphasise how fantastic they were. The previous agency were a nightmare to leave with hidden costs etc and was causing me severe stress. This is where Kieran and Neill stepped in from Cox & Co. The knowledge these two guys have specifically is a force of nature. They managed to sort the issue and move over to them in a matter of weeks (whilst I was abroad to add!). I've only been with them properly for 7 months and in these 7 months I've had more help from Cox & Co than I did with the last agency I was with for a decade. Neill and Kieran have both gone out their way more times than I can count to make sure everything was up to the correct standards. (Standards that went downhill previously with last agency). There is constant communication and check ins to walk you through options of building your port folio further. I love how they also have a great balance in making sure the tenants are also satisfied which not many agency care for. Even if it's something they can't help with they have a great line of connections eg solicitors, accountants etc with other multiple businesses which to me shows that they have set the business up well and trustworthy. I wish I knew about their strategy sooner as its such great set up, though grateful to have found them now none the less. Kieran and Niell thank you as always for all your support, a great asset for Cox & Co. I'm excited about what the future holds with Cox & Co.

We spent over a year working with Cox & Co to purchase an investment property. Over the course of many delays in the transaction, it became clear that we had been given incomplete and at times completely untrue information. We were not adequately informed about upcoming legislation affecting rental properties, and our investment representative severely downplayed the impact these new laws could have on our investment. When our deal fell through due to circumstances that really could have been foreseen, we asked our agent why he hadn't warned us of this possibility, even though when it happened he'd said it was a common issue. "We hoped it wouldn't come up," was the best he could say, while shifting blame to surveyors and banks. The problems with the survey were a blessing in disguise -- we withdrew our offer and will take our business to a more trustworthy management company.
