I have had quite a poor experience with this agency. Mike Eskine, a portfolio manager there has been extremely unprofessional about the letting of my property, sending rather rude emails to my tenants, thankfully, my tenants forwarded me some of his emails and I will bring my business elsewhere. I definitely would not reccommend this agent if you are trying to let out your property as they will drive your tenants out.

After our initial discussions, Cox & Co have been brilliant at sourcing purchasers for my investment properties off market. The process have been as smooth as it can be and everyone has gained: I have sold my properties quickly, the purchaser has gained an investment income from the start and the tenants have not been inconvenienced.
