Sarah showed future buyers around our house with incredible care and knowledge of all the key selling points, we believe this helped tremendously in securing a buyer that felt confident buying our property. At every step in the whole process Josh was brilliant. His communication was first-rate from start to finish, He went out of his way to ensure every detail was taken care of without having to worry or chase any part of the process, from arranging inspections to organising the final steps, this made it possible to move on to our dream home purchase. The whole team at Cox & Co made the process stress free and a pleasure throughout. Huge Thank you to Marc, Josh and Sarah. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleMy husband and I have just bought our first home through Cox & Co. From the off we were reassured by the viewing, at a time when so many estate agents we met presented such a saccharin and artificial exterior, to meet Sarah was a delight. I actually thanked her for being "normal". But it has been Josh who has really shone throughout our journey of buying. He has provided continuous reassurance, support, advice and most importantly he has been thoroughly communicative. He was patient when our solicitor was frustratingly absent and helped us with any questions we had for the sellers, ferrying our requests back and forth. We have had a wonderful experience in the safe hands of Josh; we know exactly who to contact should we decide to sell at any point.

GoogleWithout a shadow of a doubt Cox & Co was a great choice for our house sale. Marc & Josh are completely focused on providing the best service and outcome for their clients. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. Sometimes it was overwhelming but they remained calm and positive. Both Marc & Josh were always contactable to answer any questions. Both experienced in their field with excellent knowledge. Josh not only managed a successful sale on our behalf but was the linch pin between all the buyers, solicitors and estate agents involved in the chain. GoogleWe recently sold our flat through Cox & Co and couldn’t recommend them more as an estate agent. The photos and listing looked great which definitely helped a quick sale and they gave useful advice around the asking price. We felt listened to from the first meeting and communication was excellent throughout the whole process. We really trusted Josh to do the best he could for us and he helped us massively through a tricky exchange week! Thank you all at Cox & Co for making the very stressful process of moving that bit easier!

GoogleCox & Co have been absolutely brilliant during the sale of my flat. I can't recommend them highly enough. The sale of my flat was super easy (sold on the first viewing!), getting me my asking price straight away. We've been waiting for 6 months due to delays with the place we're moving to, and Josh has been brilliant at keeping my buyer happy, keeping on top of solicitors for me (a feat in itself!) and always checking in regularly to make sure everyone is happy and things are progressing. Marc and Josh have always been on hand with help and advice on other properties we were considering (even with other agencies) and gave honest opinions which were absolutely invaluable. Sarah who does the weekend viewings was also lovely and treated my home and others we saw with respect. These guys are nothing like other estate agents, who are in my experience generally terrible, slow and icky. Cox & co go above and beyond at every point. They're worth every penny and I would recommend them to anyone. Absolute babes!

GoogleMarc and Josh took my brother and I through the sale of a house. Genuinely could not fault them. Nothing was too much trouble, they really streamlined the process for us and went above and beyond what was required in order to help us out as we were working up north and unable to get the the property. Very personable and professional from start to finish, they talked us through the entire process and their marketing ideas etc and everything went smoothly. Brilliant communication throughout, they kept us in the loop with viewings etc and then when it came to the sale they ensured communication between the buyer solicitors and our solicitors was timely and all information was passed to all parties involved. 10/10 all round. I would 100% use them again if the need arises.

GoogleJosh at Cox & Co has been amazing with my house purchase. It's been a particularly stressful time with a number of complications but Josh has always been there to help sort things out and create calm when everything happening around was complete chaos! He's really gone above and beyond and is extremely reliable. If I've ever left a message when he's not been in the office he always calls back swiftly and is super-speedy with help and answers. I cannot recommend Cox & Co enough, especially Josh! 10 out of 10 from me (even though Google only allows 5 stars!).

GoogleFrom viewing to exchange in just 25 days! Marc and Josh at Cox & Co really stepped up when our first sale fell through due to circumstances beyond anyone's control. Our hosue had to go back on the market and we were desperate not to lose the house we had agreed to buy. We had plenty of interest but the key thing was to be able to choose the right buyer this time as we had no room for errors. Marc checked out the interested parties and was able to advise us to go with a purchaser who had already exchanged on the sale of their current home. This made them very motivated buyers of our house. Solictors were instructed 2 days after the viewing and with careful but persitent chasing the deal exchanged 23 days after solictors were instructed. Brilliant job guys!
