GoogleI have recently purchased my first apartment and it turned out to be a lot more stressful than I ever anticipated. However the one saving grace has been Phil Dean from Cox & Co. Phil continuously went above & beyond to assist with viewings, facilitate site visits, explained everything to me as a first time buyer, was quick to respond and always available, the list goes on…. My experience of viewing dozens of properties in Edinburgh was that the viewing agents didn’t know much about the property and I found comms to be quite slow. Phil hosted the viewings himself and was super knowledgeable about the property. Even in Phil’s absence, his colleague Neil was quick to assist and help facilitate what I needed. All this to say I cannot recommend Cox & Co (and specifically Phil) highly enough. If I needed to sell, buy or rent in the future, they will always be my first port of call.

GoogleI recently used Cox & Co to sell my flat and could not fault their service. Phil Dean went above and beyond to get my flat marketed quickly- it was up for sale in less than a week! Phil kept me fully up to date with viewings and enquiries and was always on hand to answer any queries. I will definitely use Cox & Co should I look to move again- thanks again for all of your help Phil!

GoogleReally enjoyed my experience in working with Neill and the team at Cox&Co. I’d initially reached out in 2019 to explore my interest in owning property in Scotland as an American. They were always present throughout the various turns the path took to finally achieving my dreams. I was really impressed on their knowledge, presence, thoroughness and overall pleasantness. GoogleWe used Cox & Co to obtain a mortgage under difficult circumstances. Carole managed to get us a mortgage with the required affordability at a competitive interest rate. This is something we wouldn’t have been able to do ourselves and using Cox & Co was a very pleasant experience.

GoogleWe recently purchased an apartment in the Edinburgh area with the assistance and guidance of Neill and Phil at Cox & Co. We were thoroughly impressed by their extensive knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire process. As New York City residents with a deep love for Scotland, we sought to invest in an international property. Neill and Phil met with us virtually, attentively listening to our preferences, including a new build and proximity to the tram. Within a short timeframe, they presented us with a hot listing for the apartment we eventually purchased two months later. In addition to the primary listing, they also found a few other listings that met our criteria as a backup option. As international buyers, we also needed to familiarize ourselves with local property law and regulations. Cox & Co. promptly answered our questions and guided us through the necessary documents for the purchase and the remote management of the unit that they’ll also be handling for us. We highly recommend Cox & Co. to anyone looking to buy a property in the Edinburgh area.

GoogleThey were amazing from start to finish. Selling someone else’s house with other family members is tricky and has lots of pitfalls. They understood these and did everything possible to keep us all informed. Made time to ring, email, message every time they did something and ensure we all knew what was going on. Gave great advice and constantly checked if we knew what we needed and if they had done what we expected.

Marc made the offering process straightforward, and kept us informed. And finally Josh was fantastic throughout the buying process, keeping us well informed and progressing our purchase to ensure we completed within our desired timeframe.
