Pathetic customer service. Im sure everyone must be delighted the way they respond and show interest while renting out the property. It is going to be hell to deal with them once you vacate the property. very stratagical in getting your deposit back for nothing. Also, ensure you take pics of the property before moving in. ensure you end an email with a detailed report about the property. so that it will help during the end of the tenancy. DO NOT RECOMMEND !

The quality of the marketing materials was very impressive. I have reported a repair more the a week ago. Heater in bedroom is not working at all. Megan is dealing with it and she can't give me any answers (as per your email is an urgent report which should be sorted up to 5 working days).It's just a joke being left without heating during winter time. Every day I chase her up but the answer is the same. I'm really disappointed with the service provided by the agency. Wouldn't recommend it at all!!! The way Countrywide is dealing with me is disgusting. There was a water leak reported from bath. I just came back home and the shower has been removed. Is shocking!!!! Shame on you guys.
