Just horrible, and I'm stuck with them now. As I landlord I advise you to stay away from this agency, they've not done one thing right since I started to work with them. Very unprofessional, they will lie to you whenever it suits them, and you need to call at least 3 times to remind them to send you documents or do smtg, and like this is not enough, it's been two weeks since the tenants moved into my property and I've not received money yet .. Still waiting and after confrontating them twice, they just told me " ill send a message to the headoffice"... Really now?... And I'll probably have to call everyday to remind them to do so now, cause they usually forget everything you ask after you hang up

I recently viewed a 3-bed property on Forrest St in Hamilton. We were last to view which meant that we couldn't phone the office to express our interest until the morning. When I called, I explained that we were really interested and the woman very rudely informed us that the landlord had picked one of the interested viewers on the evening. I explained that were last and hadn't had a chance to tell them that we wanted it. She said she'd call me back after speaking to the landlord. I never heard a thing. Didn't even have the decency to call!!

I can not recommend countrywide enough, our house was on the market for 4 days and was then sold. The girls in the office do everything in there power to help you and to make sure you are happy with what’s going on. And Gavin who came out to visit us could not have been any nicer and made such a horrible time seem so easy. Between both Gavin and the girls our experience of selling our property has been brilliant when everyone says it’s a nightmare, I can not thank the team enough for everything they have done for us.
