GoogleWent into countrywide to speak to their mortgage adviser Rebecca, honestly don't think i could of felt more comforted knowing she was dealing with it all for us. She was knowledgeable , patient and answered every question under the sun first class service even the team when we came in made us both feel welcome would recommend to any one!

GoogleUsed countrywide when I was buying my house, Paige arranged a viewing at really short notice, recommended a mortgage adviser and solicitor and everything was seamless from start to finish. As a first time buyer it made the whole process easy and kept the stress levels to a minimum. Would recommend.

GoogleFirst time selling our home, and we were a little apprehensive due to some homes in the area being on the market for extended period of time. Spoke with the manager at Countrywide and very quickly knew this was who we wanted to sell our home. The pictures, video, and home report were completed within 5 days and our home was on the market in less than a week. The promotion was great, and across multiple channels to ensure maximum exposure. We were kept up to date, and informed throughout and given a selection of when viewings worked for us. The home was on the market for 5 days before we received an offer that was too good to turn down. Delighted with the service, and the communication throughout. The team at Countrywide make you feel like you matter and you are not just another 'home to sell'. If you are selling your home in South Lanarkshire I would highly recommend the team at Hamilton - 5 stars!

GoogleCountrywide are magnificent . The staff are very pleasant, attentive to the sale or purchase of your property. Constant contact with up to date information on the property . From day one they are in constant contact , keeping you advised on the potential buyers interested . Totally on the ball . So easy to contact and receive a response at all times. No waiting about to receive a call back. You are also allocated someone who will keep you updated and you can contact that person easily. My home was sold within one week . They are very professional. Thank you Countrywide.

GoogleWe used Countrywide Hamilton to sell our sub let property in East Kilbride and were highly delighted with our experience and all aspects involved with the sale, From first contact to the quick sale (less than two weeks), everything was friendly, honest and professional. The service produced excellent photographs, advertising and details of the property which led to immediate and numerous viewers. Being a sub let the branch happily arranged and took control of all viewing arrangements which made things so much easier for us. We achieved a selling price we were delighted with in a very short time. The branch have a fantastic team, however special mentions and thanks to Paige, and particularly Chris for outstanding service.

GoogleExcellent service!! Our whole experience working with Countrywide was great. Paige worked very hard selling our house and explained everything step by step. We had a lot of interest in our house and Paige kept track of all our viewings and updated us each day on how things were progressing. Rebecca helped us secure our new mortgage and again explained everything really clearly. Both very friendly which was very important as we had a lot of questions through the process. Will defiantly use Countrywide in the future for anything relating to property or mortgages.

GoogleWe chose Countrywide Hamilton to sell our home and we are glad we did. From our initial contact to arrange a valuation right through to our property sale the customer service was first class. The team were always friendly, professional and willing to help. It is very clear that customer service is a priority. A special mention to Paige who we dealt with the most. Paige was extremely efficient and was excellent at keeping us informed at each stage of the process. Chris who valued our property was also very helpful and efficient and made the process of getting our home on the market hassle free. We would have no hesitation in recommending Countrywide Hamilton. 5 star service!

GoogleCould not have had a more pleasant experience using countrywide Hamilton. Selling my first home I was very anxious about the whole thing but Nicole made me feel at ease and kept me in the loop with the whole process. Nicole would ensure I was happy with everything before going ahead and answered all my questions regardless of how silly they were. Paige was also a great help on the day of the sale of my property. She was patient throughout and I had every confidence she was doing her best for me. I would highly recommend using countrywide especially these two girls. Thanks again

GoogleI have never thought i will say that one day regarding my previous experiences !!! But this is the best agency EVER!!!! They care about us, always polite, well presented, if you have any problem they will do everything they can to satisfy you. I even received a lovely box the day i moved in, with some vouchers, sponges, noodles and plainty more. Very pleased !! Thank you. Well done 👌

GoogleI was told I would be refunded the excess rent I paid when I moved out, but never did. All I got was a request to claim most of my deposit a month and a half later.

GoogleCompany in serious financial dilemma and would use all kind of subterfuge to squeeze money from clients. Pretty incompetent. Had my flat for 8 months without a buyer. Moved agency and flat sold within two days with more than expected return.

GoogleJust horrible, and I'm stuck with them now. As I landlord I advise you to stay away from this agency, they've not done one thing right since I started to work with them. Very unprofessional, they will lie to you whenever it suits them, and you need to call at least 3 times to remind them to send you documents or do smtg, and like this is not enough, it's been two weeks since the tenants moved into my property and I've not received money yet .. Still waiting and after confrontating them twice, they just told me " ill send a message to the headoffice"... Really now?... And I'll probably have to call everyday to remind them to do so now, cause they usually forget everything you ask after you hang up

GoogleI was orginally with another Estate Agent who sent me 2 viewers in 5 weeks. One was in for a nosey and the other forgot he had even made an appointment to view. I then went with Countrywide. I had loads of viewers and then sold my property, Throughout this time ALL of the staff were informative ,kept me up to date , very helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone involved in the sale of my apartment. Would highly recommend.
