GoogleAfter having a poor experience with another local estate agent whose best offer received was below home report after 3 months on the market, we took our property off the market. Fast forward 9 months when we went back on the market Andrew & Lesley got us a fantastic offer which was 18.5% over. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough, they delivered exactly what they said they would deliver.

GoogleThe team at the Kirkintilloch branch have been amazing throughout every step of our selling process. This is our first sale so we had plenty of questions but this didn’t phase them, remaining polite and calm with each phone call. Their daily updates on the progress of the sale ensured we were always in the loop and felt constantly in control of the situation.

GoogleWe rented a property in Victoria Chambers with them and I wouldn’t recommend at all. There was a major leak in the flat and it wasn’t repaired until we gave our leaving notice, 6 months after it happened. There was also a mice problem that wasn’t solved either, plus other smaller leaks, mould... Their communication and engagement with the tenant leaves very much to be desired, and no one in the team really cared.

GoogleI cannot thank the team enough - Avril especially, but also Paul and Denise - for all that they did to finally sell my property. The sale was fraught with issues but each member of the team went far above the call of duty in helping me sort out each single issue. I can't rate them highly enough! Googlesold a house in my Street 5 or 6 weeks ago and its still lying empty no one has moved in and don't think they ever will they have the keys and everything so why not move in will not be using them in the future
