GoogleReally pleased with the customer service and professionalism from Paul, Georgia, Stuart and Avril at Countrywide Baillieston. They all played their part in helping me getting my flat sold in a challenging time in the market. They kept clear communication throughout - Georgia and Avril were great at phoning me to arrange viewings and kept me in the loop at all times. A special thanks to Paul for the wonderful photos he took of my property and his local market insight due to being in the business/working in the area for a number of years.

GoogleWe just moved into our property today, that we had bought from countrywide in Baillieston. From the viewing, to any queries we had in-between, to picking up our keys - the team have been amazing. Very friendly, helpful and informative staff, and a very quick handover for our keys - and also thank you for the lovely gift box. It made the whole experience of buying a house that little bit less stressful having a team like this go through the process with us. Highly recommend.

GoogleStuart is extremely helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable about the whole selling process, professional advises are provided throughout the way, Stuart will go over and beyond and try his best to help his clients. GoogleI recently sold my mum's house with the Countrywide Dennistoun team and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. This was my first ever house sale and I live in England so needed extra support and guidance. Stuart, Paula, Denise and Lucy were superb at patiently and carefully guiding me through the process and kept me informed every step of the way. All my calls and e-mails were speedily returned, communications were outstanding. From the moment I met Stuart I knew I was in professional, competent, experienced and very good hands, indeed he went considerably more than the extra mile for us. I am both hugely impressed and extremely grateful.

GoogleWhat an abysmal service asking for updates is like hitting a brick wall totally backwards folk working in this office and company, continuing to call them to get any feedback for updates they don’t even ring back

GoogleI unfortunately have to preface this by saying I'm increasingly frustrated with how bad the tenant portal is. It really needs some work on performance as it's unbelievably sluggish. It wasn't working at all as usual, and when I tried to contact the offices at the number in the portal, or via google, the numbers were disconnected. My rep was on holiday and I eventually got hold of Michael Wilson, who was really friendly and helped me get an electrician organised quickly. 5 stars for him, but 1 star for your web app.

GoogleLois was incredibly helpful throughout my entire experience with Countrywide Letting. After having a stressful time arranging viewings with other agents (not Countrywide) - who communicated poorly, and made little effort to accommodate in terms of viewings - Lois was always responsive, helpful, and friendly. The process spanned just over a week - a personal record for me after over seven years of renting elsewhere in the UK, and I am thoroughly impressed by the agency as a whole. Even on my viewing date, I was kept in constant communication and felt reassured and guided the entire time. Honestly, I'm so pleased with my entire experience and could not recommend Lois and the team more. Thanks so much! x

GoogleCountry wide on Byres road is a shocking lettings for young professionals. Ashton Russel has ignored all of both mine and my flat mates calls and ignored every email sent regarding arrangement to remove furniture from our flat (which we had to do to get our deposit back) however he Did not Reply to any email or return any call to arrange a date. Is this the appropriate conduct for a portfolio manager? Purposely went out his way to make sure we couldn’t get our deposit back. On one occasion my flat mate phoned his office number where he failed to correctly place her on hold and we heard him making snarky comments at a fellow agent for transferring her call to him? Countrywide also arranged to have a contractor re tile our bathroom floor and to do this they had to remove the bathroom door then reconnect it after. Country wide charged us £402 claim For apparently “tampering and damaging door” could two 5ft3 girls really take a door off it’s hinges? Again no reply when I asked him this. For someone working in law I whole heartedly know that there has been mass company negligence in regards to both mine and my flat mates care and financial security.

GoogleMyself and my husband have been dealing with countrywide estate agents in Byres Rd since April of this year in regards to a rented property. We have been dealing with Jamie Sidebottom for all of this time. He has been exemplary in his professional and helpful manner. Nothing is too much trouble and he carries out his duties calmly and politely . We had a recent issue regarding the address and Jamie came to our rescue sorting it all out in his usual calm professional way. He is a great asset to the business.

Kellie and Jamie provided excellent guidance and support throughout the entire process. Both were very professional and quickly answered all questions. Their industry knowledge is second to none. The landlord online portal makes it very easy to track what's happening with the tenancy. I initially thought the letting process was going to be complicated, but Countrywide made it easy. For a stress free, quick and simple letting process I would highly recommend Countrywide 👍
