From the initial meeting with Gavin and on to the sales team the sale of our house could not went smoother. At the outset Gavin gave us an estimate of sale price and a top end possible sale and to our delight the resulting sale exceeded the top end price. Title: Disappointing Experience with Countrywide Property I am compelled to share my extremely unsatisfactory experience with Countrywide Property. From the outset, communication has been abysmal. There was a severe lack of transparency and responsiveness, making the entire tenancy a frustrating ordeal. On the day we moved in, a hazardous floor situation arose, resulting in my partner falling through, and ended up in A&E. We had to move to alternative accommodation for weeks and eventually had to move into a hotel (which we are still waiting in money back from!!) - this demonstrates a disregard for tenant well-being. The combination of poor communication and the undue financial burden placed on us has left a lasting negative impression. Potential renters, be cautious and consider alternatives before engaging with Countrywide Property.
