They were always happy to help with any questions I had and helped me every step of the way. A special mention to Jennifer Middleton the morgage adviser. GoogleI was introduced to Jennifer Middleton at Countrywide Hamilton by a friend who couldn't speak highly enough of her, and I'm so glad they did.
Before being introduced to Jennifer, I'd used another mortgage advisor but had found the whole process confusing and frustrating. Communication was difficult, and I often struggled to get hold of them. Jennifer was the complete opposite from day one.
She was incredibly friendly, professional and approachable, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. As a first-time buyer, there were a lot of things I was unsure about, but Jennifer always made sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with every decision.
What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. She always responded quickly to calls and emails, and even got in touch outside of normal working hours to make sure I had everything I needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Buying your first home can be stressful and uncertain, but Jennifer made the whole experience feel manageable and easy. She genuinely went above and beyond, and she's also just a genuinely lovely person to deal with.I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
