GoogleAs a first-time buyer in a difficult market it can be a nervous experience, but Lesley and Michelle were attentive throughout which made the process really smooth. Couldn't fault them at any point and everything was done without having to chase at all. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleThe Kirkntilloch team were selling my late mother's house and as I live in England and was remote from the property, they dealt with everything very efficiently with care and kindness given that I was grieving as well. My main point of contact was the Manager, Fiona Campbell, but all the team, including Andrew and Lesley, were able to field questions and responses were always prompt. Thanks to them for a successful conclusion and making the process straightforward.

GoogleGraham, Alice, Stephen and team were great at informing me of the process/keeping me updated with viewings and the house sold within 2 weeks. I found Katie slightly unprofessional as she called a recorded line at my solicitor’s office complaining about me constantly phoning her when I hadn’t phoned once (I emailed once to check for an invoice and secondly to thank her). She made a junior member of staff at the firm upset with her language and tone. Couldn’t fault the rest of the team - thank you!

GoogleCouldn’t recommend Graeme, Stephanie, Aimee and Chanice more. We recently listed three properties online which was incredibly daunting/stressful and Stephanie made the process incredibly streamlined along with having such a friendly and personable manner. Three great offers achieved and negotiated within a week, one of which being within two business days of property going live. Everyone we spoke with seemed a credit to the branch and our viewers all said they had excellent communication at their end.

GoogleMy partner used Countrywide to sort out his mortgage, Gerard Cook was a great help from start to finish, he got us a great cash back mortgage deal and arranged our home insurance and life cover all for a very reasonable price, I couldn't beat it elsewhere.
