GoogleAbsolute shower of cowboys. I would advise not to use this company. I am renting a property in Glasgow through these and have had nothing but trouble from day one. They have no interest at all in the tenant. There have been issues in this property that were reported years ago that are still to be addressed. I have a fridge/freezerwith a sticker on it stating DO NOT USE after Feb 2023! If I could have given them less than one star I most certainly would of. Tracey Porter

GoogleWe recently rented a house through countrywide north sales and letting, our overall experience was fantastic maybe due to kirsten Tait who was constantly in touch with us all the time making it a seamless process, really happy with the professionalism from countrywide team and will recommend anyone trying to let their properties, only thing which was bit of concern was a paperwork which seems like never ending but at the end kirsten sorted that one with us as well. GoogleIn short, I have absolutely no idea what I paid money for. The service they provided offered absolutely no additional value to the sale of my home other than a few telephone calls to tell me someone wanted to view it (and even that went wrong on occasion, with people showing up that I didn’t know about.) I kept a timeline of the shambles, but at a certain point I decided I just wanted the process to end quickly more than I wanted to complain. There were 6/7 issues that gave me real cause for concern, but the cherry on top was when the people viewing my home told me that they were having issues communicating with them to arrange a viewing too. At that stage their failure to communicate effectively was actively impeding my attempts to sell my home. In the strongest possible terms I would avoid countrywide Dennistoun at all costs.

GoogleThroughout what is undoubtedly a pretty stressful process, the team at Countrywide in Dennistoun were an absolute joy to deal with during our flat sale. They gave sound advice from the outset, managed viewings for us remotely, went above and beyond to help with all sorts of unforeseen issues and supported us through the trickier points of the sale. GoogleBeen dealing with these guys for a few months now with regards to the sale of my house. I'd have thought that everything that they needed would have been brought up at the start of the process. That's far from the case. Each day brings another phone call with a request or new requirement that I feel should have been dealt with on day one. Be sure to take all your annual leave from work so that you are available for them when they call. In my case it's been multiple vague voicemails during my working day asking to call them back with no actual insight into what it is they need from me. And when I do call back I'm put to an answering machine as their office is closed or too busy to take my call. Complain about any process you aren't happy about to them and you are met with literal arguments from them with made up timelines of "clear" messages they have sent. Selling a house should be made simple for sellers. This place makes it nothing but a nightmare.

GoogleNightmare company made me loss 650 in fees because they to lazy to reply properly and timely manner I had made an offer they told they could accept it if I get an offer for my property so I went and accepted an offer then they told me to tell my lawyers to make an offer so i did that I try to call them more than 10times every time we we’ll get someone to call you back and in last minute they told me ohh your offer is not accepted because we have another which the seller accepted what shame if you had other offers you could have informed me of this yet nothing blaming my solicitors and making excuses stay away from them if you want peace of mind horrible behaviour by this branch.
