Then, Jamie and Lewis both took over all the admin and finer details, getting a tenant lined up within a working week of it going online for me. This is the 4th time now I have used them for a transaction between buying and selling, there is nowhere else I would go! Gavin Dillon put my mind straight at ease when coming out to value my house and gave me a real insight into what was realistic and achievable and how we could maximise the price we got for selling. The negotiator Megan McPherson then did unbelievably well at keeping us updated with every viewing, every note of interest and guided us through the process, she even got us more than we expected for the house.
