After struggling to find where to live and having problems with different agencies I found out about Cool Cribs in the last moment. They helped me to find a place for 1 day! Elena took me to so many different studios and was very friendly and patient with me! She is amazing! Then Albert maneged to do all the documents for a day because we had to move in 2 days! Efficient, professional, informative throughout the process and very helpful. Special mention to Aaron who was so prompt in arranging viewings and showed much dedication in the job, quite hard to find. He also worked just after office hours to arrange viewings upon request as I could only do some viewings at 6pm. Also, Russel has been very efficient the whole process which made us stress free.
