We've just completed the sale of our flat in Ickenham and have had a really positive experience with Coopers Residential. We dealt with Russell Jones the manager initiallly and then Aaron Finnigan who dealt with our matter on a day to day basis. He was super professional, very polite and helped ensure the deal was complted by working with both the buyer's and our solicitors really well to get the purchase over the line without any hiccups. I have used Cooper's several times in the past - both to purchase and sell houses, and also currently rent a property out via their letting team. They have always provided a reliable and professional service throughout the whole experience. I have never seen any reason to use any other estate agent! I recently used Coopers Ickenham for the sale and purchase of our home and found them to be highly professional. We were stuck in a chain of 4 properties and at times we were unsure if we would complete. Russell went above and beyond by chasing the solicitors and ensuring we were kept informed at all times. Extremely friendly staff, always happy to help with any of our queries. Our moving process was very straight forward, and I know I can rely on Coopers for any of my future endeavours! Company has been fantastic! Tiny bit of constructive feedback; after we signed for our move, the change over/dealings from Coopers to some of the partner companies (Goodlord & flatfair) had some minor setbacks in the form that it was difficult to navigate what additional forms we had to sign, documents to produce etc., monies to send over.
