GoogleI have decided to change my review of Luca at Coopers Residential Ruislip Manor from 5stars to no stars! For 5 months we have been trying to purchase a particular property in Ruislip Gardens. One week before completion, we found out that Luca and the sellers had colluded together to find another buyer behind our backs. He lied to us for several months, having us believe we were to complete on the property, only to find out that they decided to sell to the other buyers. We have lost thousands of pounds and we are absolutely heartbroken. Cannot believe that there are people in the world who do things like this. We even started our little boy in the local school, but now we have no house to move to. Utterly broken. We will be pursuing a formal complaint to the property ombudsman. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service of one of our members of staff. We pride ourselves on our service and so any complaint is taken very seriously and investigated thoroughly. With that in mind, I understand you have formally complained to our partners and they have since investigated the matter and responded directly to yourself and so I do not feel it necessary to reiterate here too apart from just to confirm that your purchase has not been successful due to matters surrounding your sale outside of our control and the subsequent decision of the sellers to proceed with another buyer of which we have to respect and support as our client. This is very dishonest tenancy company, everything is ok until you don't vacate the flat. All problems and hidden charges start to appear after you vacate the property.They submitted £4500 for repair claim against my deposit of £1500, they charges me £1330 for breaking rent agreement, they now asking for boiler charges which landlord was looking after.With Coopers be careful -1) Please take pictures of apartment when you move in and keep it on email : If you forgot to do this Coopers apply charges 3 times deposit.2) Please keep in writing what all services you will be paying for, as they may ask for anything.3) Don't hire professional cleaners yourself as it goes futile, as Coopers claim it wasn't cleaned and apply charges again. Please hire there cleaners when ypou vacate and their cleaners are 3 times expensive than normal good rated.The worst letting agency ever, please AVOID them.
