One house sold within a few weeks by the West Drayton branch and now at long last we have just completed on the second house with the Uxbridge branch. During a very protracted sale Coopers supported us through it all, the whole team remained on hand to help us. Special thanks to Greg and Ryan for working so hard on our behalf. GoogleCoopers (Hillingdon) acted on behalf of the landlord of the property I have just rented. The whole process was remarkably quick and easy and took less than a week to complete. Everything was done online ((including reference checks, inventory, tenancy agreement etc) and the only time I actually needed to visit the office was to collect the keys. The team at Coopers were excellent throughout - special mention to Lewis Clarke who was my principal contact. Every time I wanted to return to the property to check something, Coopers were always forthcoming. My dealings were mainly with Ryan Fox and Greg Mealing. Both of them were very professional in their conduct and were promt in responding to my emails. GoogleExceptional, Proactive Estate Agent I highly recommend Coopers Estate Agent in particular Greg. Our property was previously listed with another agent for 7 months without a single offer. I then met up with 3 other agents and chose Coopers. Greg's many years of experience shone through and he raised key points that definitely helped the sale. After listing with Coopers (at the same price) we accepted an offer within a matter of just a few weeks. Yesterday we exchanged contracts. This only took 2 months. Greg's proactiveness throughout the sale was exceptional, one step ahead of us chasing the buyer/solicitor. We are extremely happy with Greg and Coopers. Highly recommended.
